    Do you have On Demand? You can do some of them on there for free, then you could see if you liked em!

    No I don't
    that's why I was hoping for input - I've seen people talking about shredding and understand it's in one of them - I'll give it a try

    I saw the final of series 3 on Living 2 TV yesterday - 1st ever time I'd seen it, kept looking for it but could never find it before. Alas it is not on any more now - so I'd love to find the series on DVD :bigsmile:

    I have the BL Cardio Max and Power Sculpt and I love them both. I workout to them all the time. Kim tends to have a little of a whiney voice (she still works your butt off) but other than that these dvds push you to your max. Bob & Jillian are awesome. You can read the reviews on amazon.com also
