A friend on here gave me the Slim in 6 tapes, and they are still kicking my butt. I felt the same way as you when I first started. I don't know about the 30 Minute Shred, but if you keep at it, you'll get stronger and the workout will become a little easier. Keep it up!0

I added it by going into the exercise tab then clicking on "add an exercise ot listed" Tada!0
