Just wanted to brag about great customer service...

I have had a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that I bought from Sunglass Hut in March of 2007. Well the lens where it screws in broke - I thought great 1 year of use for $160...well these sunglasses have a 2 year (limited) warranty. I sent them back with a check for return shipping ($8.95 for standard and $15 for overnight return) - it took 2 weeks but they replaced BOTH of the lenses. Let me tell you these suckers are worn as an extension of my head - both lenses had scratches but no more - I am stoked to tell you how great this is! I feel like a kid who just got a new toy!

Oh I LOVE my Maui Jim's. I have never had anything but the best of customer service from them or any of their shops. I put my MJ's through the ringer. I have green eyes, so I'm very sensative to the sun, so lik you they are always with me. They have hiked with me up big mountains, handled a couple of half marathons, and done many long bike rides with me without fail. I love that I can wear them in lower light (at the start of my morning bike commute for example), and still be able to see clearly.

I am close with the owner and will relay the message of your satisfaction. If you have ever seen Joe Torre (former yanks manager and current dodger manager) he only wears Maui Jim's. He has a nice stash

These things are the best - I get headaches in the sun but not with my MJs!

My husband had the same experience!The nose piece broke off after a few years of owning them..He sent them in and the fixed them NO PROBLEM and he said the people are amazingly nice! How REFRESHING is that in this day and age! Makes me want to get rid of my cheap sunglass and go gets some Maui JIM's!
