what frame size?

not losing pounds, help?
So i've been calorie counting on here for about 6 weeks now, not exercising as much as i could, but eating healthly. should i change it up?
Been eating 1200 calories a day for nearly a month now and i've lost around 3 pound. I'm not very active at all, i do an hour of HARD circuit training every week and then around an hour of extra walking and approx half an hour (in 5-10 minute bursts throughout the week) of other exercise such as skipping/jumping jacks etc.…

too much sleep?
Okay, so i know everyone likes to sleep and it's usually advised that you have around 8 hours sleep (-or something like that?) well, anyway, i manage to sleep for around 10-12 hours every night.
