staying healthy through exams

hey guys, I'm 18 and am currently taking my a-level exams (and will be for the next 3 weeks)
Just wondering if there's anyone else out there who is trying to stay on track through an exam period? I'm stuck inside revising all day when the weather is lovely and perfect for going out to exercise. Also, revision leads to boredom, which for me, tends to lead to rubbish eating. Could do with some friends out there in the same position?
(and yes, I'm getting off myfitnesspal now to carry on with revision..)
thanks!

I'm a grad student and understand the exam--stress--eating cycle. One thing that helped was for me to put myself on a schedule with included meals/snacks, exercise, and relaxation. For example, I would wake at 8am, have breakfast, study until noon, eat, study 2 hours, then go for a run or play a quick round of golf, eat, study until 7, eat a good dinner, study 1-2 more hours, then be done for the night and watch tv or play a game, then go to bed. I would have fresh carrots and celery with a healthy dip to munch on while studying. I would get around 9 hours of studying in a day and still feel like I was able to enjoy the weather (I always ate outside).
Feel free to add me as a friend if you want.0
