Too Fat to be a Cheerleader
So I tried out for a cheer squad and I made it. However the uniform is a bare midriff top and my fat will hang out and be out there for everyone to see. I talked to my team and they don't want to change the uniform. They said I'll be fit in time to wear it but I have so much weight to lose that I'm doubtful. Should I quit?

It is absolutely impossible that I am pregnant. But my period seems to be a no call no show. Can a change of diet (clean eating) and increased physical activity contribute to that?

It's impossible to lose 3-4 inches in 8 weeks right? I want to see if I can squeeze into this one dress and I would need to go from a dress size 14 to a 13 which is a 34" waist and a 31" waist. It's not possible is it?

is BMI the right scale for me?
people of MFP, I have a question. according to the BMI chart i have to loose 26-66 lbs to fit into the "healthy" category. Heres the problem I'm a dancer AND a cheerleader and I need a lot more muscle than the average person. Is there another chart I should look at? thanks!:)
