How do i kick my bad habits?

okay so i FINALLY have gotten used to not eating when im bored, yay! :D

im trying to figure out how i can avoid the scale more. i weigh myself 6 times a day and from what ive heard this is really bad but i cant stop. HELP:( any ideas?

    stay away from it then, you drink one 16oz bottle of water...........you just gained a pound...........

    my weight varies 5lbs throughout the day.

    pick a day, and weigh, first thing in the am after using the potty..............

    can you ask her to keep it somewhere else? either somewhere you don't know where it is, or somewhere that's less convenient, so you cant weight yourself as easily?

    When you want to weigh yourself, go do something else..... someone else already said it, you gain a pound from drinking a bottle of water! so don't even pay attention. you need to pick a weigh in day, and be done..... (or try to ween yourself off - maybe cut back to weighing once a day, in the am, before you eat -- that's your true weight anyways)
