This morning my scale read 199.6!!! I couldn't believe it. I started this weight loss journey on July 11th and less than 3 months later, I am more than 30 pounds lighter and I finally broke the 200 mark! You cannot swipe this smile from my face!

Not sure if I should log
Yesterday I was not feeling well and I only logged my breakfast. I ate more throughout the day, but I didn't measure anything out or keep track of how much. I stuck to the diet foods and did not cheat. Should I try to estimate what I ate or just forget it and pick it back up today? Thanks!
