Not sure if I should log

Yesterday I was not feeling well and I only logged my breakfast. I ate more throughout the day, but I didn't measure anything out or keep track of how much. I stuck to the diet foods and did not cheat. Should I try to estimate what I ate or just forget it and pick it back up today? Thanks!

    I usually try to estimate but I wouldn't worry too much about it. One day isn't going to hurt, especially not if you stuck to healthier choices.

    I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to try and estimate what you ate - just so YOU can go back and look at it later, go ahead. Otherwise, I think I'd just make a note at the bottom so I would remember what happened if I need (or want) to look at it later. :)

    I agree. Unless you really, really want a record of everything, I don't think there is anything to be gained by going back.
