Peachy Glazed Chicken recipe
I made this dish for the first time tonight. I was delicious! I got this recipe from Mr. Food website, but I made some changes to make it lighter. Instead of a whole chicken, I used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. I simmered for 40 minutes instead of 60. I also used low sugar orange marmalade. One serving is 480 calories.
