Last year I ran 283 miles. This year I'm setting my goal at 500 and I've got a marathon in my sights.. I'm not calling it a New Year's Resolution because I don't ever keep those. I'm setting goals instead. Anyone else setting goals????

Maintenance on 5:2
How does 5:2 work when you reach goal? Do you continue with 5:2 and increase your calories on the NF days? Decrease to 6:1? Haven't thought about this before, but I'm getting close to goal and need to start thinking about this

Newbie question re: energy

My NSV
I started running almost 1 year ago, and couldn't run a solid minute without having to stop. Today (the day before my 55th birthday) I ran 4 miles without stopping and did it at an 11:30 mm average pace. That's huge for me! And while I haven't lost a lot of weight, my body had changed a lot, and for that I'm grateful.
