I've got a few questions about BFP. I have a hand held machine by Omron - the body logic body fat analyzer that measures this, and was shocked to find out mine. I'm now on a mission to decrease my number - not just to lose pounds. I am 55 yr old female and my body fat is 33%. While I know the percent increases as you get older, and women are higher than men, I want to decrease my number. I do Zumba high impact 2x/week, have started strength training 3x/week and have started running again with a goal of 3x/w getting ready for half marathon training to start in September. Is it possible and realistic to set a goal of decreasing .5 - 1% per month? I'd like to get to at least 26%, but don't want to set unachievable goals. If this isn't achievable, what is a realistic goal? Thanks for any input
