New to site introduction

What a great site - I can hardly believe it's free. I'm a 54 yr old grandmother who is struggling with the middle aged spread. I weight about 18 lbs more than I should and need to trim down. I run 3 days/week and started strength training this past week. I'm tired of other programs I've tried even though in the past I've been very successful with them. I think my main goal is really more to get more fit overall which includes weight loss. I want to be able to do cannonballs in the pool when I'm in my 70's with my great grandchildren. I look forward to the community of this board! I live in NC and am an ED nurse

    Im new to thhe site and I am really enjoying it so far. Its very detailed and is easy for me to keep track of my foods and exercise
