about cooking fatty meat and yields
I am a fan of fatty pork like pork belly and it has very high calorie and fat percentage. I see from a yield document that the closest pork cut that is leaner than belly is shoulder and it has maybe 60ish yield. Does that mean i can reduce the calorie by 40%? So I have about 3 months worth of data and decided to calculate my TDEE. So for past 3 months I have a calorie burn of 162750 and calorie intake 117000.
