So I have about 3 months worth of data and decided to calculate my TDEE. So for past 3 months I have a calorie burn of 162750 and calorie intake 117000. With that i get ~3100 per day of calories since I eat average 1300 a day does that mean i have been on an 1800 calorie deficit or i am missing something here? My BMR is 2238.... I dont feel any weird these days....

Huh? Your numbers are inconsistent.
How much weight have you lost over that timeframe?0 -

I am assuming 162750 burn is your calories in and any weight you lost multiplied by 3500, added together. If so then yes your daily deficit is around 1800. (Assuming all measuring is accurate) that seems like a huge deficit but I'm no expert.0 -

From my fitbit it says 46.5 for 3 months range. so 46.5 *3500 = 162750 burned? 90* 1300 = 117000 eaten.0 -
I am not so good with numbers, but here is a good way to calculate your true TDEE:
Every few weeks, up your calorie intake by 100. Once you stop losing for a long period of time, (I'd say like 2 or 3 weeks with no loss) you are probably at maintenance. Adjust your calories back down and if you start losing again, then you have most likely found your true TDEE. You have to be careful though because things like your time of month and inaccurate logging can throw your numbers off, which is why it's important to wait a few weeks instead of just one week.0 -

Your tdee would be your intake calories PLUS the calories burned to lose 46.5 lbs! So really 279750 (162750+117000). Divided by the number of days. OMG!0 -
Sorry, scared myself. Just figured out you knew that with your 3100 estimate. You are eating less than half your tdee which seems a recipe for disaster in the long run to me. You are obviously losing a lot of weight in a short period but that seems really scary. I would suggest that you should up your calories for your health's sake. Muscle loss is one worry.0

i try to do weight lifting twice a week to help a bit. Plus i am doing Keto and "supposedly" it doesnt kill muscle as bad as other diets due to different source of energy. The funny thing is i never really feel starved. Sure i feel hungry around mealtime but i dont have any urges to eat "something" other time of the day because i felt i didnt eat enough. I do find i am very sensitive to sodium and i pretty much avoid all soup items because my couple of experience it totally crashed my diet...0 -
Please read the posts by vismal about how he lost weight. Also the threadsvat the beginning of this weight loss help section. I understand you want to keep doing what is working and maybe if you ask others more expert than I they will say you are fine. I don't really believe that, especially as you get closer to your goal weight. Weight isn't the only goal, there is also how you look and feel at that point as well. Look up "i went from morbidly obese..." by vismal. He answers all kinds of questions in tat thread. Good luck.0
