how many crabs do you eat?
Has your crab intake affected your weight loss? Does it affect your water retention? I've found since dropping my crab intake I have been losing weight steadily. I know some may be water weight but it's great for my motivation.

waking up in the middle of the night very hungry
Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night really hungry? I have been a bit lately (even though I have been eating more lately) and I also have a solid pre bedtime meal of cottage cheese and either natural peanut butter or casein (slow digesting) protein.
