I just checked on my weight and I found out I put 10 kg more 😭😭
Any advices on gym and diets to lose it quickly ?

    First of all, welcome on board!
    You need to know first how much calories you spend for your basic metabolism according to your age, weight, tall, gender and lifestyle.
    Then you can know how much calories you'll need.
    Any type of sport will be effective if you are regular and if you have fun!
    Don't try to loose quickly but loose properly and durably.
