    KAR328 - Exercise is so good for knocking out headaches. I had one most of the day today and told my son on the way to the gym that I still had it and he said we should go home. I said "NO WAY! That's the best thing I can do for it!" :smile:


    Well after falling further and further behind from the green, I got home after doing 2.1 miles walking on the treadmill at the gym, I was still so far behind that I hopped on my stationary bike at home and knocked out another 10 miles to catch up at least until midnight. lol

    Friday- lost my gps signal mid-run :disappointed: I know the run was at least 5 miles plus warm-up and cool-down, so I'm logging 5.5 miles for that.

    Sunday afternoon- had a great ride with a bunch of girls, likely our last nice weather day of the season (cold front hits tomorrow!) Logging over 32 miles for that!

    The other day I was out riding, and another road cyclist rode next to me for a long block. We talked and rode at a good pace, then he went his direction and I went mine. It was then that I realized that I ride alone every ride. And it gets pretty lonely riding by your self all the time. The nearest cycling group is at least 30 miles away. So I have to self motivate to ride as much as I do. The MYAC is also a big help in the motivation department, at least if the weather is crappy I can go for a walk and log miles. Thank you MYAC!

    11/10 - 11.0 miles biking
