    Hi Roger.
I was thinking this week that I actually save too much data. I get stuff like recipes and pottery hints and fitness information, etc that I save....but I don't ever seem to look back at them... Occasionally/rarely do a search for something in those folders. I don't really want to spend the time to weed through them. I guess I'll start fresh next time I get a new computer! haha.
    Enjoy your day. :)
    Hi Vix
That is a lot of what I have been shredding, Old Printouts and CDs or DVDs that have things that have never been used since they were created. I am using the simple principle if I have not used it in years and it looks like I never will, Shred, Just in case as by shredding I do not have to actually access the disks to be sure there is nothing else of a personal nature on them beyond what the label says.

Every time I install a OS I tend to start fresh and only install software as I find I need it. I do the basics such as a Word processor and spreadsheet and disk burning software. I back up the old OS drive to a external and I do backup data to a second internal drive however, Just in case :) Once You secure erase the OS drive there is no going back if You find that, oops I needed something that was only on it.

We have frost this morning! But the sun is out, so maybe the little plants outside will survive.
Jo, glad you like the other store...maybe they'll continue to have you work there, sounds like a break from your usual.
My arm woke me up last night, and I put ice on it. I'm playing with clay today, but have PT later in the afternoon. Maybe it was from yoga yesterday, but I didn't think I did anything hard.
Have a great day, everyone. :)

Huh! No frost here for a while, Some mornings a Dew and that is it. Most plants can take a quick frost, as I remember it, they even spray the orange groves with water to form a layer of frost to protect them from extended cold spells.

My Shoulder has been bothering me lately, It is mainly when I am walking as that is the shoulder that I use to carry my Coffee :( The other arm has my walking stick that I do find useful now and then, mainly on elevation changes.

    Good Luck with Your Arm

    Good afternoon,
It is sunny, but chilly here.
Vix-I save stuff also and never seem to go back and look at it.
Roger-That was a good price for organic turkey breast. I love going to Whole Foods, but it is expensive.
I am working at the other store 3 days next week. I actually like working there. The store isn't as busy and the customers are nicer.
Enjoy the rest of the day. :)

    Hi Joanne
I though it was a good price, and bonus, I did not have to cook it. All I needed to do was break it down into 6 ounce portions and Vacuum Seal some. 6 ounces equals two servings that way I use it. This Brand is cooked so nice and tender and juicy, It beats the other brand they store cook for tender too.

I may actually run out to Wegmans Wednesday or Thursday just to look around, Hopefully :) The Whole foods that is coming near me I have not found a date for it to open yet :(

Nice customers can make a Huge Difference.

    Have a Nice Day

And yet again, more Humor has been posted, enjoy

    Hi
I was out walking this morning and did 7800+ steps. The temperature this morning is 49/49 degrees. I had over 10K steps Tuesday as I did a little House walking to bring up the step count.
It was a nice day to walk, not breezy, no Sun glare in my eyes and wearing a hoodie it was a comfortable temperature too.
I will be going out later on to CostCo as I am nearing the end of my last bag of frozen vegetables. So my shopping list is Fruit, maybe. Truvia Sweetener, Some Protein shakes and of course the Veges.

This one is hard for me to grasp or to put it another way, What the heck !
    From Here: http://www.wbrc.com/story/35355907/middle-school-student-suspended-for-liking-photo-of-gun-on-instagram?clienttype=generic&utm_content=buffer194c2&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer
Middle school student suspended for 'liking' photo of gun on Instagram
    TRENTON, OH (FOX19) -

An Edgewood Middle School student was handed a 10-day suspension for “liking” a picture of a gun on Instagram with the caption “ready."

The parents of Zachary Bowlin posted a picture of the intended suspension notice which read, “The reason for the intended suspension is as follows: Liking a post on social media that indicated potential school violence.”

"I was livid, I mean, I’m sitting here thinking ‘you just suspended him for ten days for liking a picture of a gun on a social media site," father Marty Bowlin said. "He never shared, he never commented, he never made a threatening post… anything on the site, just liked it."

The picture in question is of an airsoft gun, and according to the students’ parents, their child didn’t comment on the post but simply liked the picture.

"I liked it, scrolling down Instagram at night about 7, 8 o’clock I liked it," Zacahry said. "The next morning they called me down [to the office] patted me down and checked me for weapons."

Since receiving the notice, the family said the school has dropped the suspension and there will be no repercussions for the child’s actions.

Friday morning an email went out to parents stating:

“Yesterday evening school officials were made aware to an alleged threat of a student bringing a gun to school. We act on any potential threat to student safety swiftly and with the utmost importance. This morning, the alleged threat was addressed and we can assure you that all students at Edgewood Middle School are safe and school will continue as normal. Thank you”

    And still more Humor FWIW

    Hi
I was out walking this morning and did 8400+ steps and 2 Cents. The temperature this morning is 49/47 degrees.
I went to CostCo where I picked up 3 bags of frozen vegetables, Fruit, Truvia Sweetener, and 3 flavors of Protein shakes. Then being curious I went further to the sort of nearby Wegmans, Wow, They are not cheap. $9.50 for the Hot Food Bar which had lots of low cost items in the Taste of Asia and Taste of Mexico sections and a so so selection of regular foods. I doubt I will be going there again as I was completely underwhelmed by the Value for cost.

I had over 11K steps yesterday after the extra walking at CostCo and Wegmans. Later I need to go to UPS and ship back the floppy drive. Testing showed it to be the problem. Since I will be out I need to take the gas can and pick up fuel for the mower and Tiller too. Since I am around a 1/2 tank in the car I might as well fill it too :)

    Have a Great Thursday

    Hi Irene
Sadly I can believe it since I have seen some huge over reactions to things like a drawing. As if a drawing of anything could be harmful.

Tendinitis is something that is curable. I had it happen to me in the elbow back in the early 90s and more recently in a finger joint.
I did find this on the Mayo Clinic Website if that helps You?
    By Mayo Clinic Staff
Tendinitis is inflammation or irritation of a tendon — any one of the thick fibrous cords that attaches muscle to bone. The condition causes pain and tenderness just outside a joint.

While tendinitis can occur in any of your body's tendons, it's most common around your shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and heels.

Some common names for various tendinitis problems are:

    Tennis elbow
    Golfer's elbow
    Pitcher's shoulder
    Swimmer's shoulder
    Jumper's knee

If tendinitis is severe and leads to the rupture of a tendon, you may need surgical repair. But most cases of tendinitis can be successfully treated with rest, physical therapy and medications to reduce pain

From reading that it appears they are properly handling it with the PT.
    Good Luck

    Hi Vix
I plan to have a good Day, one fairly short run to UPS and a local Gas Station and then I will be home working in the basement :)

There is a really light haze in the sky and the Sun is shining through it so it should warm up into the 60s later on.

I hope Your weather improves later on. It does seem that we will be hit with drenching AKA Soaking? rain Saturday and possibly into Sunday from a Nor'easter. Is that going to have an impact on You also?

    Enjoy the Day

Vix-I plan on relaxing for the next 4 days. I am off from work. That is good that the PT is helping.
Roger-we are supposed to get the same weather starting on Sunday.
My daughter got into a 3 car accident on the way home from work today. They had to tow her car away. The front axel on the passenger side is broken. Luckily no one was hurt.
She is using my car until she can call the insurance company and get a rental. She has only had this car for a year.
    Have a good evening. :)

    Hi Joanne
I usually do not have freezing problems. On the rare instance I do it is possibly due to have 20+ tabs open :)
Currently I have 5 tabs open in the browser on this computer. With FireFox I go to the History Tab and choose Restore Previous Session is I have done a restart or shutdown and Voila Things are back. That also works if the browser is shut down accidentally, Not that anybody would do that :)

So far it is just raining. I did not go as far as usual as my Cellular safety net had to be left behind in the charger when I forgot to look at the charge yesterday and it showed Low Battery just before it turned off this morning when I checked it :( The other reason I only went around 52% of my normal distance was that my feet were starting to feel wet.

Good Luck having the car fixed.

Hopefully it is a easy fix. Good Thing She had rental coverage on it. That should make them hasten the process to save rental fees.

Have a Good Day, Stay Dry

    Hi
I was out walking this morning and did 7272 steps. The temperature this morning is 46 on the news channel and 48 degrees on the front porch. It seems that the rain moved out overnight. It was not too heavy, it was steady. The forecast busty winds never arrived in my area of the state.
I wandered down and looked at the Brook which was running over its banks.
I did not go as far as I might have liked, I had a poor nights sleep and then I overloaded my Backpack with fruits, Strawberries at $0.79, Blackberries at $.99, 8 Minneola/Tangelos at 4 for a $1 and some D'Anjou Pears.
    http://www.wisegeek.org/what-is-a-minneola-tangelo.htm
The Minneola tangelo is a specific hybrid citrus fruit that is made by crossing the Duncan or Bowen grapefruit and the “Darcy” variety of tangerine, also called a mandarin orange. The cross was developed by the United States Department of Agriculture, in Florida, and was first released for sale in 1931. The fruit combines the sweetness of the mandarin with the tart flavors of the grapefruit, and it is highly prized for its juiciness and combination of sweet/sour flavors.
