Good morning, we had a really nice walk this morning with it being cooler out we did our winter walk which takes us 1hr and 30 minutes it . So I got my steps in. I may be going to Trenton and mow the yawn. take care all
    Hi Irene
This morning it was not uncomfortable outside, I suspect that the humidity might be low yet and rising throughout the day.

90 minutes of walking is a good walk.

I was glad I got my mowing in done over the weekend where it was reasonably comfortable doing it.

Looking out the window this morning I see that the scourge of the neighborhood lawns is starting to make the yard look unkempt already. The grass is not growing, the Broadleaf weeds that stick up a flower several inches above the grass are already appearing :(

    Good Luck

    Good morning,
Another nice day! :) I have weeded the flower beds, straightened the house, and washed the kitchen and breezeway floor.
I am going to get a pedicure in a little while and after that I have nothing planned.
Irene-congrats on your find. I found a penny the other day.
It is back to work for me tomorrow. I have enjoyed my time off, especially with the cooler weather.
    Hi Roger
    Hi Vix
    Enjoy your day!
    Hi Joanne
Yesterday the yard work was doing more weeding, a little bit at a time and planting a couple of healthy looking plants that we picked up at Lowes along with the Mulch. Three bags of that left, Less than a bag needed to finish

I think my mind works funny, when You said "straightened the house" I had a image pop into my head of a house that was bent

Sorry to hear Your time off is ending.

Congrats on Your Penny, lately I am finding nothing :(

    Good morning.
Forecast up to 87 today, but it's beautiful and sunny out right now. We've been sleeping with the windows open. It's nice that the nights are going down to the 60s. I have acupuncture this afternoon, but am free the rest of the day to catch up with whatever I want to.
    Jo, I hope Sophie's ok.
Good for all the walking Roger and Irene. We walked in the park yesterday afternoon, but my leg is not doing so well, so I'll take today off.
    Happy Monday, everyone.
    Hi Vix
The local Cable News Channel was showing 91 Monday when I checked. What I have been doing is pre-cooling the Bedroom and then when I retire for the night I turn it off and turn on a Box Fan to circulate the air. So far that is working.

I have been opening the front door and and window in the back of the house in the morning when I return from walking until the porch starts warming up from the sun.

Hopefully the acupuncture helped. I have some knee pain when I head out the door mornings until I get a Block or two from the house and then it clears up, Endorphins ?

    Stained glass and clay today.
    Happy Tuesday! :)
    Come On Fall !
Today is forecast to be HHH, AKA Hot, Hazy and Humid :(
I forecast that the AC units will be cranking today, Lucky Me I get to pay the next energy bill and I am suspecting it to be a whopper and not the tasty Burger King kind of Whopper.

Enjoy the Classes and Good Luck with Your Leg.

Congratulations on getting both lawns mowed.

    Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 72 degrees and I was only semi comfortable. :(
I went back out yesterday to the DMV AKA MVC to renew my cars registration and Found one cent in their parking lot, I also was lucky enough to get the last spot in the shade and the process was 15 minutes in duration. Then I was able to park in the shade at the ShopRite, That made the car much more comfortable when I came back to it.

Walk is one of the words most dogs recognize I'm sure. When You walk Annie does she stay on the grass or paving ?

I hate going food shopping, I seem to buy junk when I do. That explains why I let my brother do most of it.

Even with the headset on and listening to a AudioBook while walking I can hear traffic coming when I do need to walk in the road. The Darn trucks are so noisy as are some of the cars that they drown out the Book. I feel like yelling at the noisy cars "Midacize"

    Good morning;
I am starting spring cleaning today. I know it is a little late. It is a gloomy day, so I decided since I have 2 days off from work I would deep clean the house.
Vix-I was ache yesterday and had to take 2 Ibuprofen. I wonder if the weather has anything to do with it? Our forecast seem to be the same as yours.
    Hi Roger and Irene.
Back to cleaning, have a wonderful day. :)

Good Sunday Morning, Wow Roger and Jo congrats on your find. Jo I was wondering do they put cones on cats so they don't lick there sores? Vix I think the weather does affect our body. they care everyone. oh I had Chinese food last night and what I had was steamed veggies and brown rice of course with soy sauce so today I can't get enough water so I guess I should of stayed away from the soy sauce.

    Good morning.
One more hot one today...up to 93 and mostly sunny. Then t-storms tomorrow and a little cooler.
Good luck with your cleaning, Jo. You are always so industrious!
Irene, Chinese food is delicious, lucky you. Soy sauce is loaded with sodium, and the MSG can mess with you too.
    Hi Roger.
It's massage Monday for me. Yay. I have a visit with a Spine and Pain doc tomorrow. Looking for a little magic.
Hoping we all have a good week. :)
