I really need to get to the gym. It has been a couple weeks. The staff gave me a fitbit for Christmas. I only have a few days that I didn't get the 10,000 steps, but it isn't vigorous exercise. I am so lazy.0

No workout today as I'm working here at the house all day. Finishing up my spring cleaning of the kitchen.....that's my goal for the day!

Today I'm glad I don't have snow to shovel (yet at least) but wishing it was decent enough to enjoy being outside. I didn't move to a beach city for this kind of thing! Stay warm everyone!0

Going to the gym this morning and hoping to get a solid workout in without feeling sorry for myself because I can't do bench press and some other lifting that I enjoy..............running is my new best friend! Uggghhhhh!!!0

I did get out of the drive and more importantly back up it, (steep hill). Everybody and his brother was at the grocer.0

I finally have my Dr's appt with the ortho guy on my shoulder this morning so my goal is to stay strong and stick up for myself and my goals. My own doc just wanted to give me meds (she thinks I need to slow down), which I refused, as I'd rather get to the bottom of this and fix it.
