    BBee, I am doing great. three days in a row staying under. Even with a big family social event tonight. I just made my mind up that, despite the tummies that would be on offer, I was going to keep to my limits. And I did. I cave a lot at buffets so it was a good improvement for me. thanks for asking.

    Didn't do do well yesterday only 7k steps. Feeling a bit washed out today. So I'm having an easy day :-)

    Rest day for me. Well... no workouts. The house cleaning fairy hasn't shown up yet, so I'll guess I'll do that myself. Sigh.

    I was just happy to get thru my day w/o eating a bunch of crap. Multiple errands then a pot luck party, no choice in the foods. Did pretty well.

    Sauna time and watch the diet close.

    Maybe be a bum and sit in the chase
    Lounge on the back deck and read a bit after work

    Its very wet & cold here in the uk.. So im doing start jumps & interval training to keep me occupied :)

    Running after work.
    This whole week needs to be one of re-dedication to a stricter food plan. I think I'm letting down my guard too much and allowing to many calories to sneak into my day. MUST LOG EVERYTHING!!

    Staying under goal. That is what my goal is for today. It's been a challenge but I have done it 3 days in a row and am hoping to make it 4.

    It's a regular Monday for me - 45 minutes of Vipr. 15 minutes of Core. Then a Trader Joe run.

    During my lunch break, I went to a new-to-me ear dr since at my yearly physical on Thursday, my dr said I had some wax buildup. I just assumed I didn't hear as well due to getting older. Long story short, the ear wax is out, it wasn't that uncomfortable, and my hearing is normal again !!!

    I rested yesterday after 65 miles on the bike over the weekend

    My legs are still sore

    Gonna listen to the body and probably do some weights for upper body.

    I gotta listen now that I'm old!!!

    Going to Aqua Zumba and Aqua Pilates tonight
    Just want to get the rest that I need afterwards. Hoping that all this activity will help me achieve just that.

    2 mile run tonight at a 4.5 mile pace. Not race time, but fine by me. Phucke heart disease as the French say.

    Running after work and then I need to be much more diligent with food tonight. Last night was kind of a free for all.
