BBee, I am doing great. three days in a row staying under. Even with a big family social event tonight. I just made my mind up that, despite the tummies that would be on offer, I was going to keep to my limits. And I did. I cave a lot at buffets so it was a good improvement for me. thanks for asking.0

Lounge on the back deck and read a bit after work

Running after work.
This whole week needs to be one of re-dedication to a stricter food plan. I think I'm letting down my guard too much and allowing to many calories to sneak into my day. MUST LOG EVERYTHING!!0 -
Staying under goal. That is what my goal is for today. It's been a challenge but I have done it 3 days in a row and am hoping to make it 4.0

It's a regular Monday for me - 45 minutes of Vipr. 15 minutes of Core. Then a Trader Joe run.
During my lunch break, I went to a new-to-me ear dr since at my yearly physical on Thursday, my dr said I had some wax buildup. I just assumed I didn't hear as well due to getting older. Long story short, the ear wax is out, it wasn't that uncomfortable, and my hearing is normal again !!!0 -
Weights for an hour. Squats, deadlifts, cable rows, lat pull downs0

I rested yesterday after 65 miles on the bike over the weekend
My legs are still sore
Gonna listen to the body and probably do some weights for upper body.

Going to Aqua Zumba and Aqua Pilates tonight
Just want to get the rest that I need afterwards. Hoping that all this activity will help me achieve just that.
