I went to Yoga class today even though my lower back was sore this morning. I am feeling better now
and now my MIL caught it but she is doing better already. It only last a few days but you feel really crappy with bathroom issues.
We are leaving tomorrow to take my MIL to her cottage/house up north in northern Ontario. I hope
to have internet access so I can keep in touch and keep my days since I reached 500 days today.
I have a doctor apt. in the morning and then we will leave after that so I will be packing today.
I have a chiropractic apt. this afternoon and that is a good thing since my lower back has been acting up. We will stop in to see our grandson, Isaac, on the way to the cottage. Always a happy time.
So have a good day our weather here was sunny now the clouds are setting in.

Hi gang. I just got back from Seattle. We left Wednesday last week and just returned this morning. I had my appointment on Friday with the knee doc. I FINALLY GET MY NEW KNEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surgery is scheduled for August 29!!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!! Is it August yet?!?!?!?!

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know the Dr.said I have cervical cancer, the cervix piece they cut out from the leep, showed it. I now have to go to a Gynecological Oncologist, he thinks I need a radical hysterectomy, we'll see. Thanks for all your prayers. Janice0

Janice I had cervical cancer about 20 years ago. Sail thru without a breeze. No prob.lems no need for any pther freatment.my daughter Alice had it about 5 years ago Shehad no problems and no other treatment
Both of us had a full hysterectomy. No further problems so I sounds like good news to me.

Janice...without hope we would be lost. Do your research so you will be informed and ready to ask questions when you go to the oncologist. So glad you are still joining us!
Not much on my agenda today. I am still holding on to 200.4 and hoping that any day now, that number will change to 199!

Busy visiting family this week. Never a dull moment.
Janice, I think you can expect a great outcome with your surgery. I know we dread uncharted waters but like Connie said just do some research and go prepared with the questions you need a answers to when you see your doctor.
Will be back on a regular basis when I get home later this week.

Happy day here in Misfit site. Oh how wonderful. Nothing could be finer than to be in the Carolina in the morning. Congrauations Connie you made your mini goal. This is a very big day for us all.

Congratulations Connie, you made it into Onderland. The picture will be a good memory to have, I still have mine. You worked so hard to get here and it finally paid off. On my phone your toenails look coral, one of my favorite colors.
Marie- I know you will be in the 160's soon, you have found your plan, that is really working for you.
Both of you are such great inspirators for the group.
Nancy-Have fun on your trip, with your family.
Steph-I'm trying to stay strong and keep a good attitude, they say that's a big factor in life.
Ruthie-Getting thru this one day at a time is all I can do and try not to get overwhelmed.
Barbiecat-That is a great thing to remember about not creating my own scary ending, it's easy to let myself go there, trying to not think that way.

Problems at the Wards today Jerry was acting funny today. really strange so I call Kathy It was about her time to get off work and it is real close by.He was about in a coma by then. She call 911 and here comes 5 guys out to check him over. Blood pressure fine oxygen was fine but blood sugar was 32 They had to give him an IV to get it down. and he snap out of it Heat index was up today and he cut the grass this morning. I have had lots of low and I did not recognize what was going on.But never like he had. He is not on insulin just the pills and never any problems.Mine as never got that low.

was nearby and emergency responders who knew what to do.
