261 minutes for Wednesday.
After doing the radio taiso warm ups, I decided to continue working out in the morning because I feel so much more alive during the day.
I was surprised at how many extra minutes I got just from adding my hula hoop back in the morning.4 -

As usual, we're cruising into the next destination as the lead dogs! Good to see everyone working so hard! Interesting to see some of the other teams amping it up to challenge us and Team 1. It's getting competitive!

Seeing the cherry blossoms in the spring, and attending New Years in Japan are on my bucket list.
If I could live there for a year, I could experience fall too.
I absolutely love japenese and Korean cultures. I love the respect they have for their elders (use of honorifics and bowing), and that they feel the need to 'take care' of the their youngers.5
