I didn't do great this week. I binged a lot :( I am sure I will be reporting a gain this week.

    Week 22 results:
So here I am reporting a gain this week. Although its nothing, but I know that I had managed to lose more by middle of the week and then gained it all back. Very bad on my part that I binged knowingly. Now its done and I am going to fix it. Planning a fast starting now to kind of get out of 170's. I know its not required but I feel a fast would put me in some discipline.

Yep a slip up weighs mostly heavy on our minds...puts doubts in there. But we know what works and we don't suffer with OMAD so it's right there ready for the taking. OMAD is that flotation device that is easily accessible and right there for the grabbing hold of. So great that we have easily accessible tools. You're doing fantastic! :)

OMAD is some work for me, but it is the least amount of work that still works that I know about. It is a great tool.

Very very happy with this week's results. Did 72 hrs of fast where I had less than 500 calories per day. This was more to get back on track. Hope to stay here and go down further.

Great job Niha - you are doing so well! Nice that you bounced back from your gain (that was hardly a gain at all, really :-) ) the week before... So close to being out of the 170s!

Hi Everyone! Couldn't post week 25 update as I am too occupied with work and some renovation at home. Two weeks ago I sprained my left knee while doing squats and jumping jacks so much that its still stiff and swollen. i have no pain though, but I can't fold my leg completely. I am waiting for the blood reports and an xray report to come in this evening. I hope all is well. Meanwhile, i have gained 2 lbs, possibly because of the inflammation and some mindless binging.

Oh no! Sorry about your knee - it totally sucks to be injured... Hope it's nothing serious and that it heals up quickly!

Wishes for a speedy recovery babe - I've had major knee injuries myself and they are no joke! Take it easy and don't stress!
