Great job, there is a big difference. It's great to see people moving forward with such improvements. The bonus is that it comes with increased strength, energy and peacefulness. What could be better!

    Week 13 results:

I finally managed to break my plateau and speed up the loss by incorporating carb reload for 3 days and then going back to 50 gms of net carbs. To push it further, started doing strength training and HIIT which really helped me break the barrier. I am so glad for this week's loss.

I felt bloated after my last weigh in and gained a pound or so due to my chums arriving on Sunday night. I know its water weight so I fasted today just to clear out my system and also did my regular HIIT and walk. Feeling great after the workout. Glad I fasted today. Will have my regular OMAD tomorrow.

    Week 14 results:

So glad for this week's loss. I did include one day of water fast to shake things up since I was feeling highly bloated due to my chums. It paid off and I managed to maintain the loss. I hope to maintain this new weight in the next week.

Just a side note, I crossed 51 lb mark of my weight loss journey. Thank you all for helping me through this journey and for always motivating me when I feel let down.
