    Hi Everyone! I was away on a holiday and gained 2 kgs with loads of indulges :tongue: Back to OMAD now and losing the weight. Will give a weekly update soon! Hope everyone is doing well :smiley:

    Holiday weight gain. Getting back home on 20th Aug. I am glad I did not gain a bulk of what I managed to lose. I am so confident about OMAD now, I know this gain is going to be a thing in the past ;)

    That's right, it'll soon be a thing of the past! Not gaining a bulk back while on vacation was a good thing as well! :-)

    That's awesome that you only put on 3 pounds! I have gained as much as 10 after vacations. Those 3 will be gone quickly :smile:

    The holiday gain is slowly going away. But I have to admit that I am still finding it a little difficult to get back to OMAD, especially during the weekend. It wasn't the case before my holidays. So I guess, I have to re-work on my temptations. Although my main meal is still once a day, I do indulge here and there the rest of the day. Thats what I need to cut back on. Working on it. After all, I am accountable for it :)

    Losing that holiday weight nicely... I haven't had to experience it yet, but I'm sure it would be a challenge to get back to OMAD after a few weeks off. It makes me think I'm going to have to try my best to do OMAD next time I go on holiday, just not sure how realistic that is!!!
