That's awesome that you only put on 3 pounds! I have gained as much as 10 after vacations. Those 3 will be gone quickly1

The holiday gain is slowly going away. But I have to admit that I am still finding it a little difficult to get back to OMAD, especially during the weekend. It wasn't the case before my holidays. So I guess, I have to re-work on my temptations. Although my main meal is still once a day, I do indulge here and there the rest of the day. Thats what I need to cut back on. Working on it. After all, I am accountable for it
