How you feeling on your 4th water fast day?

I broke my fast at the 76 hr mark. I could have made it till day 4 but didn't.. I broke my fast with a bowl of diced watermelon and chicken broth. Feeling good especially since I managed to break my short term plateau. Now hoping to maintain the weight loss.

That's amazing, I'm terrible at fasting

I used to be like that.. But doing it once, made me realize I can really do it. Its not a big deal actually. If I can, you can too!

I admire this greatly. Huge admiration, because I am trying to get to the same place (for health, not for dieting), and right now I find a 2-day fast is my limit, not yet conquered.

Congratulations! May it make you healthier and happier!

    Week 7 results:
Had a 3 day water fast this week which helped me break my plateau. I managed to lose around 2.5 lbs this week but my birthday dinner was loaded with carbs and this morning I am up by a pound. Nevertheless I know most if it is water weight and will go away pretty soon. Not a big loss this week but its better than no loss or weight gain :)

    Midweek update:
Today is Day 100 of my weight loss journey! I am so proud that I did not give up and consistently stayed motivated. A lot of it has to do with this group. Half of the weight loss till today is contributed by OMAD. I am thankful to @arguablysamson for sharing his journey with all of us on YouTube, because of which I managed to stumble upon this group. Thank you everyone for always encouraging me and motivating me along my journey. This is going to be a long journey and I hope to carry on just as I have managed to so far.
    Starting weight: 105 kg/231 lbs
    Current weight: 88.3 kg/194.3 lbs
    Weight loss in 100 days: 16.7 kg/ 36.74 lbs
