Two pounds is fantastic. We have a whole year ahead of us that is gonna flyyyyyyy by. Just think 1 pound a week is 52 pounds by next Christmas....we'll all be skinny minnies!0

Happy Monday Guys!
Hope everyone had a super weekend! Apologies to anyone rooting for the Saints - so sorry the officiators suck LOL
Ate WAY too late last night and thus didn't have much of an appetite and really filled up FAST! I shouldn't complain but I know those lack of calories will catch up to me during my fasting portion of the week *sigh* SO I only ended at 1500 and change yest.
Anywho, at least I brought food porn! LOL
Friday:
Pad Thai, chicken tikka masala, goat curry (I thought about branching out, but A: I've never been to this place before so decided to stick with something I get on the regular and B: it's delish LOL) with pickled onions, mint chutney, and some sort of sweet chili sauce? I wasn't a fan, but Ced loved it LOL. I couldn't finish all the curry so saved it for Sat
Saturday:
Lettuce tacos - I didn't eat all of it, only about 2/3 and then had the rest of my currys and some random munchies...this was my "big eating" day. Fruit for dessert (and candy...cause candy)
I forgot to take a picture yesterday but I had country friend steak (2 of 'em!) and mashed potatoes with white gravy...I ate most of it. Some fruit for dessert, and a few bites of football dip that I made for Ced.
WEIGH IN MONDAY!
182.6 - super happy with that. Last week I went from 186.2 to 178.2, or 8 pounds from Monday to Friday. If I put down 8 pounds this week, that's 174.6 which is UNDER my goal of 175...I'm going to stick with 175 as my goal though! PUSHING for any more would be too fast and I want this to LONG TERM BABYYYYY
Anywho, if I remember to take a picture of my mini fast tonight, I'll post it tomorrow - otherwise, business as usual today

Your food looks amazing, I am totally in the mood for some Indian food now.....but I have to be good this week I had way too many treats (drinks) salt this weekend.....hoping for 177 on Friday...…..

This particular Indian place was AWESOME! A little pricey, but seriously so good
Indian isn't that bad for you (except for the cream, WHOOPS LOL) and high in protein! LOL - do it early in the week and you can be good later
177 is in your future fa sho! I'm going to be giving you an "accidental" week to catch up bc I'm traveling for work, leaving this Sunday I don't travel very often so no OMADing for me - I'm eating all the food

Down to 180.8 so right on track
Here's my mini fast from last night:
Final bit of leftover curry, steamed broc and cauli (which is mixed with the leftover curry eventually LOL), and beef bone broth - all of which was covered in Cayenne - I was feelin' the spice! LOL
Our meeting for our work team weightloss contest is tomorrow - I hope they weigh us in THEN so that my number won't be extra low ("weigh in day") Friday - I play to win! Even if that means using all parameters to our advantage
PLUS I'm already behind the 8 ball because of travel starting Sunday! Excited but let's be serious - if I can manage to get back down to Friday's weight the FOLLOWING Friday, I'll be STOKED. I'll probs have to do an extended fast from when I get home Weds evening (I'll resist during the day if I can too) until Friday night to get back on track with I'm cool with

Hi guys!
Welp - 180 even this morning - I was NOT happy. I had no appetite to speak of yesterday so my cals were super low, so I expected big numbers this morning, NOPE. Now I have 5 pounds to lose in 2 days *sigh*
I'm going to do my celery, cucs, bone broth, and an apple just after lunch and then fast until after Friday weigh in. That 175 better show up!! LOL
Good news on the work weight loss comp front! Weigh-in on Fridays is from 8am-noon so THIS Friday I can come in, do MY weigh in, have my coffee and break my fast and THEN do the weigh in for the "start weight" for the contest I'll take all the inches I can get (I'm uber competitive LOL). THEN the subsequent Fridays I can weigh in first thing like usual I don't even know what the prizes are, I just like winning LOL
On the down side - SICK. AS. SH**. -_- I thought it was just the weather that was causing me to feel icky and sleep like crap, but Ced woke up sick as f*** this morning so that's probably wishful thinking on my part LOL.
Long story short, tonight I'm going home, putting on jim jams, and CRASHING in hopes that some decent sleep and a good fast will get my immune system on top of things LOL

I am sure the weigh in will be 175 or lower on Friday.....I hate when I really am thinking super low and i am shocked in a bad way......the scale is so evil sometimes....Best of luck with weigh in for work......I am soooooooooooo competitive too......and both my boys are the same way......oh well it is all fun (as long as I win) Just Kidding …..

The winner lost 20% of his body weight last year (50 lbs) and I plan on going from 175-155 over the course of the contest which is is about 11% AND they're doing sep winners for men and women this year so I have a shot! The prize is a nutribullet bundle, and I WANT IT! LOL
This will be my Friday:
"real" weigh in - 175
"contest" weigh in - 180-something
That way, when I lose no weight next week it'll still look like I lost like 5 hahahahaha0 -

I felt it this mornin' when I woke up - ya know how sometimes you can just TELL? LOL
PERFECT pace for 175 tomorrow - I'm fine with 175 anything, but 175.2 would be 3 pounds this week which is epic LOL
No fun pics from yesterday but some lovely person brought in panera sammies and chix caesar salad and it ended up in my magic work kitchen, so I stole a bunch of the salad with no croutons (and later stole a container of dressing bc they were going to chuck it LOL...I only ate a tiny bit of it w my salad). SO that was my dinner...I intended it to be lunch but got too busy LOL. Oh well, worked out how I wanted anyway

I went to a new Dr today and of course they weighed me... I weighed at 175.8 clearly not going to count that bc it's not the same scale but still..2 lbs in 5 hrs... Ill take it hahhaahaha... Stay tuned for the real weigh in tomorrow lol0 -

176.4 - what the actual heck LOL - I did end up eating a few starburst and trail mix half asleep in the middle of the night (only about 150 cals) - this is sure fire indication to me that I had too big of a deficit this week and my body needs some fuel SO I'm glad there's full eating days from now until next Weds - BIG refeed and then a 72 hour to bring me back into fasting for weigh-in next Friday - I'll post weights Thurs and Friday next week but won't be weighing while out of town. That being said, I'll still post etc....and take lots of pics of my food (even if I can't upload them until I get back LOL).
SO overall 1.8 this week - not terrible but I'd really like to find that extra pound to get back on pace at some point LOL.
I was tempted to put the 175.8 from yesterday but I'll refrain - that way if I get to 175 next week it'll FEEL like I actually lost while traveling LOL
