I also have found the yasso bars (yogurt bars) super low cal and I can have self control and only have one. They make a chocolate chip cookie dough one that is freakin' awesomeness!!!0 -

Can I just say, that pasta from earlier looks delish... I eat some type of pasta dish at least once a week. Anyway I keep meaning to take some pics of my meals but I keep forgetting. Also, the kitty pics - keep them coming.
Regarding getting your step ins - I have a suggestion - if you can commit 15minutes at a time, there is a trainer on YouTube - Jessica Smith, and she has lots of "walk and talks" or just one mile walks. The "walk and talk"(s) contain some kind of positive or motivational message so that's a bonus. These work for me because I like to have breaks where I can shut off my brain and just do what I'm told/follow the video.

I love spaghetti squash because if you mix it with pasta (I try to keep it to 1.5 oz of actual pasta when I do that, just personal pref) and you use bold flavors, which I always do, it makes the whole dish taste like pasta, sneaks in nutrition, and stretches the volume I'm doing that again tonight with bolognese, along with a salad with chicken, a pint of Halo Top, a cup of blueberries, and I had some veggies and hummus a few hours ago1 -
Hope you will be able to settle the cool whipped thingy. One of my GF just counts it as 1tbsp is 3 calories. 149.5 - canNOT believe I didn't gain after the amount of food I ate yest That bodes well for weigh-ins this week though!
Yesterday:
Made bolognese to eat on pasta and spaghetti squash, with a salad with shredded chicken but was over the pasta really quickly...guess I just wasn't as in the mood for it as I thought LOL Here's the pics anyway:
Once I was over that, I had some cals to play with so I made a mini quesadilla with extra sharp cheddar and jalepenos
Dessert was Halo Top, some sugar free popsicles, cherries blueberries, cool whip, and grapes LOL
After all that totals:
Cals - 2228
Surplus - 296
Did get a good amount of water so I'm sure that helped me not have an O/N gain...that and I didn't get much lifting in yesterday. TODAY I did a little though so I feel better LOL

YUM on the meals they look amazing!!!!
I get the Yazzo frozen yogurt pops (100 calories per one) at either Walmart or Kroger. They are usually run around $2.79 or $2.99 for a box of 6. The chocolate chip cookie dough and mint chocolate chip are my faves. They also have peanut butter chocolate and it is good just not as good.
I love all things spaghetti squash or zoodles (with zuchinni)....as always your food has me drooling!!!

Happy Monday Kids!
Nothing super fun to report from the weekend except that I ate my way through a LOT of cals yesterday LOL - decided it was time for a free/splurge day - I think I'll end up falling into doing that twice a month...seems to be where it's naturally ending up.
Weigh in this morning reflects that LOL - 152.4
Not concerned at all - that'll be under 150 by tomorrow or weds No water retention from lifting RN but probs from salt. Will try to get some lifting or physical activity in today, preferably a LOT to get a head start and push some of this splurge day bloat out LOL - mad water on the agenda today too

Not the drop I wanted to see overnight but I wasn't great about my water yesterday - didn't have time to get any lifting in (that's not true...I just didn't MAKE time LOL). SO better focus on workin out those muscles today - I'll try to start early bc afternoons get crazy busy LOL. Here's hoping I can counter any bloat from that with lots of water I'd like to be back under 150 tomorrow...I'd REALLY like to see sub-148 this week...gonna hafta be super strict to do it, but that's ok I need a good kick in the butt to keep my post-meal munching under control. I'm not going off the tracks or anything, but if I want to wiggle my way down to the mid-140s then I have to be diligent
I didn't take pictures b/c dinner was boring, but I'll have more Bubs pics tomorrow I'm sure LOL
