SMALL WIN (or loss depending on how you look at it) - figured out how to turn my negative adjustments on for my fitbit syncing to my MFP - it has now taken away 85 of my calories for the day THE TRUTH ISN'T PRETTY! And MY HAPPY A** didn't move at ALL today b/c work was cra-ZY! LOL
On the bright side, my deficit numbers will be more accurate!1 -

My weight was up this morning - 152.4
Not sure what happened here...I'm really good about my logging etc, so this one's a mystery to me *shrug* it is what it is...maybe I didn't get enough water yest, maybe my lifting is catching up to me (my abs are still sore), but I know I'm at a deficit so whatevs LOL - stay the course trust the process run the play - probably just natural fluxuations.
Yesterday:
I madeeeeeeeee butter shrimp, steamed broccoli, pasta, and a Caesar salad, finished off with a pint of RED VELVET HALO TOP (more on that in a moment), and some blueberries and a little peanut butter.
Cals - 1378
Def - 431
As observed in my previous post, I turned on my negative cals on my Fitbit, which I like for 2 reasons. 1 - it keeps me honest, and makes my deficits more accurate 2 - after seeing my 85 cals lost when I did this yesterday, it reminded me to get up and moving. I didn't do MUCH but enough to move to the other side and earn 9 cals Hey, if it's not negative, I'm happy! LOL
Now, I forgot to include this in my post yest bc my post was late in the day so I'd forgotten LOL - was looking for sales on meat around here for grocery shopping and noticed that the Meijer across town had RED. VELVET. HALO. TOP. It's my FAVORITE kind of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. SO I hauled my butt up and trotted across town to get it before I even started working yesterday LMAO - had a pint last night...nowhere near as good as the B&Js but still delish, so I'm happy I don't think I'd haul myself back out there specifically for it, esp because it's a little more expensive there than my Walmart...but a fun change up PLUS found pork loin BOGO free so that's a win too! AND shrimp BOGO half off so I saved some bucks
Last weight-loss note - I realize that I've been "chasing" this 140s thing, and I don't know why I'm compulsively doing that. I'm happy with my 'size'...I have some wish list items shape-wise, but I don't need to be any smaller, really. I think it's just the mentality of being in weight-loss mode and/or my OCD and obsessive tendencies combined with fear of gaining...either way it's silly...SO on that note I'm going to try to mentally get on board with thinking of my maintenance range being 145-155...I'll move it mentally if I naturally lose but honestly I DO NOT need to lose any more...I'm SUPER happy with my size (I'm repeating this several times, mostly to remind MYSELF LOL).
Anywho, I'll wrap this up with more Bubs pics! LOLOL - he was being real cute yesterday LOL

ANDDDDDDDDDDD THEN screaming at me for no reason...he does this a lot, just HOLLERS for absolutely no reason

A little frustrated with unemployment and finances right now...I know it's temporary so I'm trying not to freak out about it but it's disconcerting *sigh* - have a great day guys!

It might just be some water weight, don't worry too much ๐ In a day or two, you will be in 140s land๐ I love pasta with cauliflower & ham. Wish I could eat seafood but am allergic to them ๐ฉ So, can only watch the whole family enjoy it. I tend to add the seafood after I take out my portion๐ Buds so cute and he is growing fast tooโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ Are you OK? Hope you are A-OK and everything will work out fineโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ๐ฅฐ0

Welp - I don't know WHY I EVER slack on water. Finally focused on that due to my unexpected upswing - intended to keep my cals low too but that didn't happen...I've been super hungry after eating lately...probably bc my body is NOT down with super low cal days. IN FACT, I ended up quite a bit over TDEE, BUT STILL:

Here's my breakdown from yest:
I had lettuce tacos on Romaine for my main meal...did a quick pickle on some fresh jalepenos (far and away the best way to eat them IMO) - then had Breyer's cookies and cream ice cream (the same style as Halo Top, low cal high protein), blueberries, some mini cookies, half a graham cracker with peanut butter, just randomness LOL
Cals - 1957

I LOST cals off of my 1800 baseline bc my butt didn't move much yesterday - going to try to get at least like 5k steps per day over the weekend to balance out my work days
I am amazed EVERY time what good water levels will do, so I'm FOCUSED on that hopefully daily! If I get over 100 oz I feel better, the scale likes me more, it's just better LOL
I'm sure I'll have more updates through the day but my brain is still waking up on this lovely Friday

Hi Guys! Hope everyone had a super weekend!
I had a FOOD FILLED weekend - I went over every single day *sigh* LOL Ah well, it is what it is...I didn't weigh in this morning bc my morning was all discombobulated. I'll weigh in soon though and report back
Foods of the weekend - noodlies made like usual, the below pictured Panera bread - Culver's Friday, some pizza last night. LOTS of ice cream...in my mind they're basically protein shakes so I've decided it's fair game for my "snack" if I'm not OMADing my pocket book might not like it but oh well LOL
Sorry for the rogue lebanese pita LOL - Ced wanted lebanese food, and panera was out of french baguette for my soup so I stole one of Ced's pitas LOL
I was thinking about doing an extended fast BUT today is Mama's bday AND she has surgery Thurs so I'm going to go spend some time with her - either tonight or tomorrow night and I'll stay til Weds
SO if I don't go tonight I'll fast...if I DO then I'll fast probs Weds so I won't hafta worry about food the night I come home! WINNING!

Thank you Tracey! I love dogs too but I've never been home enough to have one - Bubs is the best...I was very selective when picking out my kitten and waited for an extra 6 months bc I wanted to find the PERFECT one1

Happy Weds Kids!
Back from my trip to Mama's this morning - we had a great time! I ate a lot, so I'm fasting today...haven't done an extended fast in a month or two sooooooo time for a cleanse! My mama sent me home with some greens stuff so I might play with that today LOL
I didn't really weigh much b/c Mama doesn't have a digital scale but on her busted a** scale I was 154 this morning...I haven't the foggiest idea how accurate that is but I'll check in tomorrow after my fast
Only a few pics from the visit - yesterday all I had was a giant grilled cheese with jalepenos on it, some cheese and pepps and crackers, and some ice cream and banana cream pie

Work has been settling in nicely...figuring out my Utah accounts methods of madness so I can take over more and more My TX broker almost got stuck in Mexico, but we wrangled her out so she's back in the office today too - Cali Mike is making progress and should be writing some deals soooooooooooon
Bubs had a blast at Mama's too - lots to explore, lots of attention, fun new smells etc. Nikki (my sister) came to visit and was obsessed with him too
Even with the slight uptick in weight I'm feeling good, so all is well here!
For anyone who needs to hear this - you're A BEAUTIFUL SOUL and you're going to have success with OMAD and feel amazing...circle back to me if we need a reminder

Hiya kids! Hope everyone is doing well!
Fairly successful fasting day yesterday - ended up waking up around midnight and eating a SF fudgsicle (like 40 cals LOL) but otherwise kept my nose clean...and the scale rewarded me:
150.9
Back into comfy range! Keeping it low as I comfortable can for a while just to get a little more wiggle room back into my maintenance range.
Given the above, I have no good pictures...Mama sent me home with Mahi Mahi and sweet italian sausage, so I'm going to have those tonight and probs tomorrow too...maybe pair it with salad and veggies...going to try to keep my carbs lower so I can have my Halo Top
Bubs had his pre-neutering appt today - the Dr. said he's a sturdy, healthy guy yay! His neutering will be sometime in Aug but should be super simple and pain free for my lil guy

Lisa - it seems overwhelming to me too until I do it...but you DO have to be in an "I CAN DO ITTTTTTTTT" mindset or it's miserable. Mom is doing great! In recovery

Had a nice chunky OMAD yesterday but kept my cals in line
OMAD - 2 Johnsonville Italian Sausage links with mustard and a crap ton of onion (yes I know they're not bratwursts and it might be a tiche sacrilegious but oh well LOL), 2 Mahi Mahi filets, one with cajun seasoning, the other with EVERYTHING SPICE! Both were really good, though I managed to overcook the crap outta one (whoops LOL). Also had a giant salad with crack ranch and parm crisps, and a pint of Choc Chip Cookie Dough Halo Top
Cals - 1447
Def - 375
More of the same tonight, but might have some veggies and hummus too, and there's only 1 Mahi Mahi filet left, so if Ced wants it, I'll have some more wiggle room PLUS I got more fruit and more FF whipped cream (I ate the whole can in one day last week...the whole dang thing is only 185 cals LMAO) so that's staring at me too LOL It'll be a good eating weekend

HI GUYS! Happy Mondayyyyyyyy!!!
Man oh man - first observation - I just can't give a sh** about calories over the weekend - I should have known that going into maintenance, that it'll never be consistent day to day...my head just doesn't work that way LOL
I say becauseeeeeeeeee I was 500-1200 cals over TDEE every weekend day LOL (Friday was 1200, Sat 560, Sun 650) - the scale shows it too:
154.1
SOOOOOOOOOO I think for a while I'm going to try 1 full fasting day every week no matter what - this week I'mma do 2. Today and Thursday. Not for any reason other than getting back into a lower section of my maintenance range.
I've also been SLACKING at lifting! I didn't do ANY last week...like NONE! My upper back and shoulders are ON FIRE today...i did something to them over the weekend, though I don't know what, so while it might be painful, doing some lifting might break up some of that lactic acid and help make it better sooner than otherwise LOL
Friday I just had home food...the leftover Italian sausages, peanut butter, a TON of fruit, ice cream, salad, just randomness LOL
Saturday Culvers, Sunday Arby's - pictured here:
1 reg beef and cheddar with only half the bun, a roast beef and jalapeno with the meat of 2 sliders but only 1 bun, a buff chx slider with no bun, a bunch of fries, 6 piece mozz sticks with crack ranch, ice cream, strawberries, FF whipped cream, and most of a nom nom nature valley protein bar.
I should see down to 150.x tomorrow and hopefully by Friday we're back down well into the 140s so I have wiggle room...I'd REALLY like my "High Monday Check In" to be 150 max, if that makes sense? For no reason other than my own mental sanity LOL

Thank you m'dears....i got stressed out yest after my computer crashed so I omaded instead of fasting...atill stayed under tdee. Took my computer in today and it's not recoverable SOOOOOO not only do I need a new computer but I lost all of my files that I'm going to have to reassemble
Needless to say, I didn't fast today either....im fact I'm 2mading... Had some high protein stuff earlier and going to have a normal dinner and I'm TRYING NOT TO FREAK OUT bc my whole life was on that computer

After one more day of my pity party, I'm going to try to fast today LOL - I ended up having the same stuff I did Monday, but ADDED some snacks LOL - wrong direction Steph!
Still weighed the same this morn - 153.3
Nothing much to report other than that - my SO got some brownie points for swooping into the rescue by hunting me down a computer and setting it up for me last night after he had a giant full day of work
Anyway, going to try to fast today so we'll see how that goes - either way ENOUGH with the eating out and feeling sorry for yourself STEPHANIE lol1
