Tonight's Dinner Salad. This salad was HUUUGE. All of the ingredients are in my MFP food journal if you are interested.
I took the picture before adding the salad dressing because the salad had to be transferred to a big tupperware bowl to add the salad dressing and shake to incorporate throughout. I transferred it back to my salad bowl after the dressing was mixed. It was not as pretty after the shaking, but it was delicious and filling.

I weighed this morning and got off of the scale singing the Dora the Explorer song. I did it, yeah I did it. I got on the scale it said 159.2, I did it, yeah I did it. I set a goal and I reached my goal I did it, yeah, I did it.
My goal for the upcoming week is to solidify my stay in the 150's and continue to progress.
The last couple of weeks saw big gains and big losses. It taught me that you can have setbacks that can cause big gains, but you don't have to stay in that moment. If you get back on track you can have the bigger loss and recover.
More determined than ever to stay the course and take it one day at a time.4 -
Yay!!! Congrats
I love that chart too!!!0 -
WOW TRACEY BRILLIANT YOU DID IT!!!! hurrey!!!!
i wont jump on the scale with you to celebrate cause we will break it LOL!0 -

Hooray, Tracey! You've been after the 150s and now you're there! I'd be singing, too.0
-
I am glad I made it but I am not looking to stay here long. I hope to zoom through the 150's and into the 140's.2
