Tonight's meal. ooooohhhh, sooooo, gooood! Indian Food - amazingly good
Aloo gobi, jasmine rice, paneer kulcha, salad, peach pie, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate kale shake
This is one vegetarian Indian dish I can eat all the time. Didn't miss the meat at all.

Same here. I could actually live off Indian vegetarian food. Pretty much every night my partner asks me if we are going to order Indian food in - ha - he wishes!!!1

Looks scrumptious...funny I keep getting ideas for my meals...you influencer you...that's good though because my family never gives me a hint at what they want to eat.1

You most certainly can! The fun begins on Friday.0

Tonight's meal. I had to eat my Indian food leftovers (So good) and couldn't resist the pie and ice cream. Lower calorie and carb count than yesterday so I hope I can come away with a loss in the morning.
Zucchini & Squash, Broccoli, Aloo Gobi and Rice, Paneer Kulcha, Peach Pie and Ice Cream and Chocolate Kale Shake.

I am going to try to go back to eating at an earlier meal time (12:00 noon). I think it will help not being full when I go to bed. I will have to pack up my dinner to eat for lunch the next day. I will try it for tomorrow's meal and see how it goes.1

Mmmmmm, your leftover Indian food and the pie and ice cream!!! Gimme! Lol
I prefer my meals before 3pm, it's honestly my sweet spot. I don't like being full at night, either.0 -
My problem is I like being full morn, noon, eve and in between!0
-
Me, too, @blambo61! I don't like being stuffed before bed, but I prefer being full before bed. Otherwise I end up getting super crappy sleep. Ugh. It's the worst!0

Here are my meals for yesterday and today. I ate my meal today at 1:30pm.
Yesterday's meal: Udon noodle stirfry, spring roll, and chocolate kale shake
Today's meal Indian Food from Restaurant Buffet and Fiber One Chocolate Brownie'
I didn't make my shake to take with me to drink with my meal today. I was thinking I would do a workout a bit later and possibly drink my shake after my workout. Thoughts?0 -

Looks delicious!!!0

Food looks amazing as always!
I would probably drink the shake after. I really feel it when I don't have protein after exercise these days.0 -
Here is my chart showing the week's numbers and my August numbers. This month was a really good month. I will see if it continues with me adding meat back into my diet 3 days a week. Still continuing to follow the OMAD basics.
