Thank you all, I hope that my meals which I try to be various and yummy , will give you also ideas, anyhow I am also inspired by the threads here and step by step I will also write to every journal
Tomorrow my window will be still between 16 and 20 but a little later than 16-15 as I will not be home
But still in the same 4 hours
I prepared for tomorrow an inspirated from Russian recipe , Shuba salad, a layered salad very tasty, a little more carbs ,but still under 60g overall per day
But photos will be tomorrow, I will have this in the next two days, even if my husband which loves it very much assured me that it will be finished soon
Thanks once again for yr support , I will have for sure moments when it will not work all the time welll , but I am sure I will overpass them0 -

I don't know how much it will go like this, but I am happy
I don't remember having ever this rhythm of losing, but it's good
From Monday I will have the scale only weekly
Preparing to go to the job and have a busy long journey!

However, google - ing it , the photo of Shuba salad looks like this first layer potatoes and mayo, second layer marinated white fish with mayo, third layer carrots with mayo and at the end beetrot
Later I will put the photo of mine!

Thanks I like to cook and it relax me , but now as I am with Omad it is even easier with having one meal and being not to guilty about
As I have said these results give me wings to fly so I hope it will go fine step by step!0 -
I've actually found that I'm enjoying cooking way more than I did before OMAD - might be the fact that I only have to go in the kitchen once a day. Plus I care so much more than my meal is delicious!1

Yesterday not such a good day, stressing at job, a lot of problems and also a lot of bad behavior from my boss part
I respected the window and meal, but ... I usually lose when I am happy, when I am stressed out ...... not
