That is literally how I do it, well I got reusable clear 1 ltr bottles and I fill them every morning and I drink them until they're empty, rinse and repeat the next day. 99 oz, otherwise I lose track, stop caring, but seeing them full makes me feel like I have work to do lol.2 -

Had planned a swim before lifting, but sadly the pool was full again. I REALLY need to be able to run again - it is just way to hard to have to try to work around some random schedule.

So today was more difficult and I didn't do so well and as far as eating is concerned cuz first of all I didn't eat my first meal until 12 so I have to do better tomorrow I had so many appointments today and I just woke up cuz when I got back home from getting six pain injections in my back I want to sleep. But I'm claiming tomorrow will be a better day what happened today happen let's move on I'm not giving up!

Congratulations, I am so looking foward to see my scale under 200. I did it few months ago but around the holidays I messed everything up.1 -
