Don't give yourself permission to "stuff your face". Give yourself permission to have an appropriate sample, that you have pre-logged if necessary, to keep the serving size and calories reasonable!!

Enjoy your visit with your folks! I know what you mean about some foods having way more calories than you thought they did. I discovered that about spaghetti. I measured out a smaller serving of pasta and sauce, or so I thought, until I went to log it!!!2 -

As long as there is running involved, and a ball, you can still call it fetch! This is just fetch with a twist, and it gives you some exercise minutes!!1 -
