Caloreis/tracking: no. I went to eat at Mongolian restaurant and then ate ice cream. I haven't had ice cream since May. I gave into temptation.
    Exercise and water- yes

    7/14
Met goals on all calories/tracking, water, and exercise. I even swam for 20 minutes on top of my walk. I'm back on track now.

    Mini challenge 7/14
    Tracking: yes
    Calories: under
Exercise: 70 mins exercise bike. My longest ride so far. Spent a few hours out in the blistering sun today for a friends wedding. Best man/his dad forgot the rings half an hour away at his house so wedding got delayed an hour. Leaving us all standing out in the sun without sun block. Lol so my riding time was pretty impressive to me after that kind of day. Lol plus I didnt gorge myself on all the delicious food. Stayed 300 calories under maintenance then the bike ride put me under my daily goal. Good day!

Wow! Great job on the long bike ride and for staying "under" at the wedding! How could a best man forget the rings on the wedding day? He doesn't have anything else to remember that day, does he? Okay, maybe his speech, but still!!

@katevt78 Great job on your run.

    Mini challenge

    7/13
    Tracking Yes
    Calories Yes
Exercise Yes Walked the puppy before it got to hot. A full moon on Friday 13th makes for a very interesting night (crazy) night at the hospital.

    Tracking Yes
Calories Yes I am learning to eat back a portion of my exercise calories and am finding it makes a big difference for those crazy nights at work.
Exercise Yes I did the Fit Bit Virtual hike for Vernal Falls at Yosemite. My workplace looks nothing like Yosemite so it was fun to see the beauty on my phone. One day I will actually get there to hike it for real.

I didn't realize it was a full moon on Friday the 13th!!! Skeptics may scoff at the effects of a full moon, but just ask any medical professional who works at a hospital and they will be able to give you real life anecdotes!!

My husband and I hiked in Yosemite two years ago when we took a trip to California for our 25th wedding anniversary. 25,000 steps and the equivalent of 230 floors climbed in one day!!

    Date - 7/13
    Food - Logged and under
Exercise - 70min Run in the park
    Water - didn’t log
    Steps - didn’t log

Had a good day yesterday. I was able to go early to the park for a run - before it started getting too hot and sunny. There were so many runners there. That was great to see.

    Great job on the run!!

Glad you are back on track. If eating ice cream was the only thing you did, then you weren't really "off track", you just merely took a little maintenance break!! Great job on the exercise yesterday!!

I let the weekend get away from me so I botched a really good early week with the mini challenge. Now today I have to get back on track so I don’t ruin that weight loss I had last week

Very impressive, indeed! A "make your own" burritos and nacho bar sounds like a genius idea! Then you can be in charge of your own serving sizes!!

Oh, yes. I had forgotten that you said you were French! Well congratulations on your team winning the World Cup! And if it coincided with a national holiday, then yes, I bet there was food and drink galore!!! Glad you had a fun weekend celebrating with family!! Also glad you are back on track today!!!
