    It's always great when we can find fun, new ways to exercise! Never heard of a peddle paddle board! I'll have to google it!

    I've been in bed all week sick with flu and my weights sky rocketed , maybe it's just swelling? :( i thought i would have lost as ive just been drinking soup...So I'm feeling really discouraged.

    There's no way you have gained seven pounds in a week if all you have been consuming is soup! So, water weight is the logical conclusion! Your first priority is getting well. Have you seen the doctor? Flu doesn't usually last a week, does it? Please take care of yourself! (hugs)

    Very nice loss!! What a clear cut example of cause and effect....you ate at a deficit all week, and you lost almost two pounds. Way to take matters into your own hands and get things done!!
