    Enjoy your visit with your folks! I know what you mean about some foods having way more calories than you thought they did. I discovered that about spaghetti. I measured out a smaller serving of pasta and sauce, or so I thought, until I went to log it!!!

    As long as there is running involved, and a ball, you can still call it fetch! This is just fetch with a twist, and it gives you some exercise minutes!!

    Woo hoo! down 2.1 lbs! I was worried cause I over ate on my calories and had a rest day (yesterday the 6th).

    A solid two pound loss, with a holiday in the middle of the week!! Very nice start to July!!

    You may not like dipping into exercise calories personally, but that is how MFP is designed. So for this challenge, dip away!!! And with 120 minutes logged, you would have had a pretty big pool to go dipping in!!

    Day off. I don't track anything on Sundays and I don't usually do much exercice either. Sunday is usually a relax day with family.
    But back on track today! :)
