Calories: no (learned I should plug in my choices first. Who knew KFC chicken had that many calories!)

Exercise: no. Headed south for a long weekend to visit my folks. Will try to get back on track tomorrow.
Enjoy your visit with your folks! I know what you mean about some foods having way more calories than you thought they did. I discovered that about spaghetti. I measured out a smaller serving of pasta and sauce, or so I thought, until I went to log it!!!2 -

Exercise Yes The puppy is learning "fetch". It is more like pretend you are bringing the ball and then run as fast as you can while mommy chases you.
As long as there is running involved, and a ball, you can still call it fetch! This is just fetch with a twist, and it gives you some exercise minutes!!1 -

You may not like dipping into exercise calories personally, but that is how MFP is designed. So for this challenge, dip away!!! And with 120 minutes logged, you would have had a pretty big pool to go dipping in!!0 -
The first week of July is behind us!! A lot of us had a holiday day (or two!) thrown in there and those of us in the east had an unbearably hot and humid spell to contend with. So, if it wasn't a great week, it is somewhat understandable!! But the second week of July is holiday free and the weather will be more bearable, so no more excuses (Lisa!).
That being said, some of us did have a great week! The Biggest Loser overall for the week was very our own @drea2011, who lost 3.16% of her body weight as she got herself firmly back on track!! Congratulations, Drea!!
The top five Big Butts, who all lost over 1% of their body weight last week, were:
