I hate obsessing over the scale (as in checking too many days a week) but I just had to check if some of my weight gain was from salty foods and not enough water at the parties this week. Tons of water, healthy food and a good workout Thursday. And I already shed some of that weight. So now to stick with that and get back to losing every week6

Exercise Yes We did competitive laps around the building while getting in some firework watching.

My advice for today: When showing someone how to do bodyweight exercises don't show them how to do chair dips with a chair that is on wheels. Now my tailbone is sore.8 -

Erik, I will probably do the same thing tomorrow, if I feel I have had a really good day today. If I have any doubt that my weight will not be down, or at least the same, I will not step on the scales!2 -

Don't give yourself permission to "stuff your face". Give yourself permission to have an appropriate sample, that you have pre-logged if necessary, to keep the serving size and calories reasonable!!1 -

I am happy to hear that you avoided overdoing it on the break room snacks!! Sorry to hear about the chair with wheels, and your tailbone! I think it's awesome, though, that you are actively trying to involve your coworkers in your at work exercise routines!!2 -
