Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: No
Goals/Comments: Couldn’t walk at lunch. Had to go get my allergy shots. Another volleyball night so no working out. Even though I haven’t been working out the way I used to, I’m surprised that I’m beginning to feel better about myself by simply tracking and sticking to it.3 -
Airy check in:April 2
Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: Yes! 50 squats, 30 mins of cardio, 0.35 mile walk and about 10 min of kicking and punching a bag.
snacking in control today. I used to eat soup as a diet food in the past now I can’t get myself to because it takes me 100s over on my salt intake for the day. It’s not worth the water retention awaiting me the next day! I miss soup.
I’d been having leg cramps every night despite taking my vitamins and drinking lots of water. So I looked up ways of helping. One was eating nuts before bed. I eat a small handful with my miralax at night. Not only have I not had a cramp since I’ve started I’m also not having the sour stomach I was having with the miralax alone. Win! I just can’t do pickle juice! 😆3 -

@batgirl140 lol, I know that I'm a rare breed, I do LOVE the pickle juice, but it's awesome that you're finding something that works for you! What made you decide to do the miralax? If I remember correctly, you were not wanting to do it...

@AB0215 The miralax is really helping me and I don’t think I’ll have to take it indefinitely. Despite my resistance, it’s making me feel better. I’ve had enough doctors and people tell me it’s not harmful and your body doesn’t become reliant on it, I guess I should start believing them. 😁

I have to all ya Ashley--- I drank (but didn't log it--ooops) 1/4 cup of dill pickle juice twice this week--and it immediately stopped my leg cramps! So thank you again!!! 🙏☺️0 -

Track: yes
Calories: yes, under
Exercise: stairs at work plus 270 squats
Water: 135 oz and counting
Very busy day today which cut into my water drinking..... but it also curbed my snacking. I like being busy. Haha
I am still hoping I have a loss this week even with TOM..... I won't give up on that till my weigh in tomorrow. Haha
We'll see!
I want to reach the 140s by the end of this month!0 -

@SLIMn2016 I tend to drink it during a fast, keeps your electrolytes up without all the crap...glad it helps you with your leg cramps! I'm trying to get my husband to do it, he gets leg cramps at night and nothing else helps him, but he says that's disgusting and he isn't willing to try it...his loss lol.1 -

So after my positive day of losing 58lbs since July. The enemy really tried to bring me down today so went to get a mani & pedi today and was humiliated in the salon they refuse to service me cause of my weight. This was disappointing but it was the way they handled that upset me the most. Instead of pulling me to aside, they were talking about me loudly in there language and had me sitting there for over an hour and then said very loud that I wouldn't fit and you know teenagers!!😡 I've been bigger and was able to get my nails done and now as a reward to myself these people try to dump on me??? But still staying positive I did not stoop to their level but will be filing a discrimination complaint. My NSV for today is usually this would cause me to binge but I didn't 👍🏾had my little cucumbers, celery and carrots for lunch, snack and dinner🥕🥒 and now I'm having my herbal ice tea with honey and lemon juice. Very proud of myself but still did not get my mani and pedi😥
TOMORROW'S ANOTHER DAY STILL STAYING POSITIVE5 -

@gjaholy33 That's terrible, sorry for your experience, I am glad that you were able to work past it and not let it cause you to binge, that IS a great NSV!! Awesome job! And 58 lbs is also a GREAT SCALE victory!!0 -
