🗣Comments: I tried a 🚴🏻♀️🔥🔥💥Spin Fusion class this morning—it’s an hour of TRX training combined with spin (tabata/climbs). I was nervous to try it—but I’m so glad I did—I loved it! So fun. Don’t be afraid to try something new at the gym or elsewhere—I try things at least once or twice and I am always surprised at what I end up enjoying.

Do you have any tips on how you get so much water? I have some good days but I am still only at 80 oz.

Had a good day, still trying to get off the carbs a bit more. I struggle with them a lot. Especially things like granola. It is hard to eat just the measured amount. I need to just kick it out of the house, but other family members like it and don't have that problem. I gave my willpower a pep talk for today, so hopefully it listens.1 -

I have one that is on my computer monitor that says "Discipline is choosing between what you want now, and what you want most."
Since I snack most at my computer.... this has helped me stay on track, because I don't want the snack as much as I want to hit my goals.4 -

@momma3times If you love something don’t give it up! Make it fit your day just maybe not everyday. 😊 Something that helps me, I have small plastic containers I like to put snacks in that I know I won’t be able to control myself with. Then munch on just that container through the day instead of grabbing from the whole package. I’m struggling with snacking right now. I need to do that with all my snacks to keep it under control!

Hello Team!
My name is Jon. I live in Missouri, USA. This will be my first time doing a biggest loser outside of work. My main motivation for losing weight is my kids. Both of my parents died at 52 years old (heart attack and congestive heart failure). I will be 35 in July and my son is 3 and my daughter is 1. I have to beat out genetics to make sure I can watch them grow up.
My goals this month
-Exercise 6 days a week for at least 30 mins of cardio per day
-Lose 3 lbs/week
-Lower Body Fat %
-Raise Muscle Mass %
Stretch Goals
-3 of the 6 cardio days be 60 mins
-Lose 4 lbs/week
My first weigh in is tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Love running too. But struggled with motivation since I badly broke my ankle 18 months ago. Slow process back x0 -

Yesterday I worked out and stayed below my calories, which felt great! I'm actually sore this morning, which I haven't been in a long while. It's not a *good* feeling, but I feel good knowing I pushed my body yesterday. Bloating is going down too, I'm down 0.8lbs. I know it's just water weight and obviously I'm not going to lose 1lb a day, but still feels nice.
Snacking is going to be my biggest challenge. I was craving something sweet last night and I reached for cookies. It happened that they fit, but that's not always gonna be the case. Gotta train myself to reach for the fruit first.1
