    Saying that, this morning I'm adding some plain white rice to my breakfast (bad idea I know). Made some because the Godpup was up all night with diarhea. Hope some rice this morning will help him out a bit.

    And...anybody want the sweetest wee kitten???? Picked this little girl up from a nearby intersection on Wednesday. Scared, hungry and meaowing like mad. Not able to find her owner yet. My housemate is really allergic. She is hanging out in the back room - meaowing like mad when she is not eating, or I'm not visiting with her. Both pups spending an inordinate amount of time looking through the door at her. <3

    This had me off on a search for a cartoon I saw awhile back. Something along the lines of two dogs hanging out. Their human gets up off the couch - one dog says to the other - come on lets go. The 2nd dog says they can't be going for more food they just ate - the last frame is the human in the fridge.
    Or something like that.
    Couldn't find it.

    Can't imagine. We've had over 30 weather with extraordinary humidity the past few days. I have not been dry since Friday! Best moment was running the hose over my head when I finished gardening last night (around 10 - when it had cooled a bit :) - gardening in the dark is my favourite. It all looks so good :)

    Gardening in the dark? Not here…. Armadillos, 🕷️tarantulas, rattlesnakes, skunks 🦨 , fire ants 🐜, coral snakes, 🦎 lizards, possums, poison ivy 🍃, poison oak, cactus spines, scorpions 🦂 ….. nope!
