Interesting I started this month at 181. 4 so to have not lost is disappointing but to not have gained is a win all in of itself!!
I think I could lose 5 pounds before the new decade starts as a matter of fact I know I can!!3 -

Get 5,000 steps a day✔ 8,728
No eating out ✔
Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 29 minute walk, if I had noticed I would have walked for that extra minute
No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

@Navydaddjtc @Fitness327wk @shbarbor Greg, Sally & Sue, I think my new weigh in day going forward into the December challenge should be moved to Sundays....
I feel like it would help me NOT go over calories on Friday and Saturday if I know I'll need to weigh in on Sunday morning...sooo I will step back on the scale this Sunday ---and start December with that number.2 -

Nancy I moved you to Sunday as you requested.... How ever if you wait until Sunday to weigh in then it will go as a non-weigh.. So here is what i suggest... let me carry over your last week weight. Then on Sunday I will make the adjustments after the tallies are done

Terrified to get on the scale this morning, so went and got busy trying to get some work in. Glad to see a loss even though it wasn't much. Fell short of my 10 pound loss goal for the month. Going to have to do better in December.
