    @Shortgirlrunning Your insight is spot-on I think, about how when we don't exercise, we don't eat well either. I think it's so true!!!

    @Navydaddjtc We are with you on this! How do you eat an elephant (weird expression that it is) - one bite at a time!

    @Fitness327wk I'm so sorry to hear the bad news about your friend. I will pray for Moriah and her family.

    On the first day of Trimstone my dogs gave to me 3, 30+ minute walks. Sorry I didn't take water with me though, my dogs sometimes require two hands to handle.

    On the second day of Trimstone I supported my awesome team mates, friends, and others on MFP.

    @MadisonMolly2017 I love the new goals, especially the self-care and things that are better now! So many times people forget how important those things are.

    I would put a picture of my hubby, however, he hates social media anything. 😜🤗😜

    What motivates me is the fact I want to be better than I was yesterday! In all areas! One tip that helps me is journaling and checking my fitness calendar of my progress. 🤗🤗👏🤗🤗

    What motivates me to continue... two things MFP--this group and my awesome supportive friends here---and looking back at photos before my weight loss and hearing my sons tell me they are proud of me☺️🥰😊....

    Good evening, friends. I'm afraid I'm going to have to bow out of this challenge. Life is just getting too hard right now. I'm not stopping my fitness goals, but I'm just unable to commit to this group. I appreciate all your kind words and thoughts and I wish you all the very best success this month!
