FITNESS WARRIORSI HAVE OFFICIALLY PAST THE TORCH OF OWNERSHIP AS OF 0630 THIS MORNING. THIS DECISION WAS MADE BY ME FOR ME TO GET MY HEAD BACK INTO MY HEALTH ISSUES, RELIEVE THE STRESS, AND FOR THE GROUP AS A WHOLE. THERE WERE GOOD TIMES FOR ME AND BAD TIMES ALONG THE RIDE ALSO.
ALONG WITH SALLY AKA @Fitness327wk , SUE AKA @shbarbor , AND KAI @ConfidentRaven WE ARE STARTING UP OUR OWN GROUP.WE ARE THE WARRIORSWE WILL OPEN IT'S DOORS IN JANUARY AFTER WE 4 FULFILL OUR COMMITMENT TO THIS GROUP (STAYING ON UNTIL THE END OF THE DECEMBER CHALLENGE).
MIND BODY AND SPIRIT
OUR CONCEPT IS HELPING YOU CREATE HEALTHY HABITS SORT OF A TRIPLE PLAY IF YOU WILL. I USED THIS CONCEPT WHILE I WAS WITH THE BOYS&GIRLS FOR THE YOUTHS OF THE CLUB. IT WILL WORK HERE AS WELL.
I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE AS MANY FACES FROM HERE THAT WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US IN THIS VENTURE.

Just wanna say thanks for putting up with me. I am in the middle of chemotherapy for stage 3, grade 3 triple negative breast cancer. Basically trying to stay active & not let the steroids take over. Ideally, I really want/need to loose weight like down to 185 or so but I’ll get there when I get there.
Anyway, thank you!

Sally, I'm going to switch back to Friday from now on starting this week (since we are in the same week)... I had a disastrous weekend trying to alternate day fast ---then guests showed up--- I have some major water retention I need to spew!!! So I will give my weight Friday--- thank you!!1 -

Greg thank you (and our other awesome leaders here) for doing so much for our team each week.... this group has helped me to stay in my weight realm (although 10 lbs I am fighting still)... this time of year is such a battle--diet wise and emotionally too.

Calories Under (Carbs slightly high)
Exercise: Rested Knees
Water: 64 oz
Overall, week 2 went great. Stayed under calories every day, got my workouts in and stayed with eating program outlined by new nutritionist. No dairy, more protein, eat biggest meal for lunch, and light dinner. Did blow up a little today at the family Sunday dinner, but not too bad.
