    WELL WE ARE WAITING ON MOTHER NATURE TO HIT US WITH THE 123 KNOCK OUT PUNCH STARTING TODAY.
    3 MEGA STORMS STACKED OFF THE PACIFIC COAST AND READY TO BRING LOTS OF RAIN AND WIND TO THE PWN. UP HERE ON THE MOUNTAIN WE MAY GET OUR FIRST SNOW. DON'T KNOW IF WE WILL GET ANYTHING,B UT THE CHANCE IS THERE. i MAY LOOSE POWER SO IF I DO I'LL CATCH UP WHEN IT GETS RESTORED.

    @jcgator2016 Jim - Great job on goals. Huge calorie burn!!! Also, I have no fitbit info, I use an apple watch which I love but it does not have the battery life of the fitbits!

    @SLIMn2016 Awesome on goals Nancy. I don't know how you do the alternate day fasting but you're doing it - huge respect!!!

    No eating out ✔

    Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 20 minute exercise bike and

    No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

    I used some of the extra calories and they ended up helping a lot! I finally felt like I had energy once I’d eaten dinner and I’m still feeling good this morning. I told my husband that it was as if I had finally caught up to what my body needed.
