    Hi all!

Very happy to end up in 2nd last month, was not expecting! Thank you all for the support!

Let's go to this week progress:

    r3d22nr7i6pe.png

    rq01irft2umz.png

Finally managed to go below 80! Felt good, it is indeed one of the hardest checkpoints to cross mentally. Did not meet the week objective of losing 1.1Kg but it is still a great victory to drop below 80Kg.

The weight goal prediction moved but no worries, keeping confident and steady!

    Keep up partners!

Congratulations for hitting the 70s! I hope to be there by year end.

@lindamtuck2018 I love this weekend's challenge. We picked apples last weekend and I have been munching all week.

Honeycrisp are my FAVORITE but they are $2.49/lb right now which is RIDICULOUS

I was below on all of my goals yesterday again. I just have a hard time eating all of my calories. The scale was flat today but I think sodium was a little high yesterday. I ordered a exercise band set that should arrive today so that I can start the workout portion of my plan from the health coach.

GUYS! I promise I haven't gone completely off the maps! Insane, maybe but off the maps, no! After day 10 in a row of work, I was completely exhausted. I took my little ones to the dentist yesterday morning and after that, I came home and just literally went to sleep for hours! I was so tired. Still super sleepy, but able to work at the surgery center today and get some of my paperwork straightened out and reorganize my room. I haven't been able to replace my Fitbit yet :disappointed: but I downloaded an app on my phone to count my steps. I am not sure how accurate it is and it only works if I have my phone on me at all times (which proves to be a problem for me lol), but here it goes:

    November 2: 7,327
    November 3: 3,571
    November 4: 7,423
November 5: 1,231 (very likely true  I slept all day yesterday)
November 6: 2,482 (still have some steps to go but probably won't have my phone on me for most of it)

I haven't been able to do much outside of work so my diet has been crap so I am not excited about tomorrow's weigh-in. I do have Christmas photos and graduation photos so I need to get on the ball and get it all sorted out. Tomorrow is my oldest daughter's 12th birthday and I am hoping that after the party, I will have some time to figure out some lunches for the week. *fingers crossed*

See ya'll in the morning for weigh-in! Have a great night!

    Check-in - Thursday Nov 5

Hello Team. I’m sorry I haven’t checked in since my intro but I’ve been home recovering from my surgery. I’ve been to my surgeons office today to have my bandages changed and some of my staples removed. It felt so nice to have the bandages off for a few minutes. I’d been so itchy. She cleaned everything which scratched me a little and it felt so good lol. They said it’s all healing well and I have to go back again next Tuesday for another bandage change and remove more staples. Maybe on Tuesday I will get different bandages that can be used in the shower. In the mean time it’s wash cloth for this girl.

So far I’ve been doing good with my food intake. I’ve been improving with my steps. I’ve started walking Sam to school today which is a good 20 minute round trip. I did it once today and will try to make it more each day.

    GOALS:

    • 30 active minutes - 7 min ✖️
    • drink 2L - 2.250L ✔️
    • 10,000 steps - 4,069 ✖️
    • no carbs for dinner - fail ✖️

    November goals:

•Achieve at least 30 active minutes daily.
•Drink at least 2L water daily.
•Reach at least 10,000 steps daily.
    •No Carbs for dinner.

Take your time and heal. You will be back in fighting form before you know it.

My dad tested positive for Covid yesterday. He was exposed through his work. So now both my parents are quarantining in their house. I went to the store yesterday and did our grocery shopping and theirs- I just left their stuff on the front porch. They don't have symptoms yet, so we will see if they get sick. I was out running errands during my normal walking time so I didn't get that walk outside. I hopped on the treadmill at night and walked while my husband and I watched a show on Netflix to get the rest of my steps.

I hope your parents recover quickly. Hopefully, they stay asymptotic.

I would be dead after working like that. I know it has to be hard balancing your meals with working long days. Try your best to get that meal prep done and stick to those lunches the best you can.

Happy Saturday Team! Not much planned for today but I would like to get out for a walk at some point when it’s a bit warmer out. I also placed an order at my local grocers drive thru, so that will be picked up this afternoon.

I’m happy today as it’s my weigh in day and the scales are moving in the right direction. I’ve really been trying with my food intake and despite being unable to Have any true physical activity I’m managing to stay on track. I still have quite a bit of swelling from surgery but it’s al going down. Them pain is manageable but I’m still struggling with sleep. I got a bit more 💤’s in last night but nothing near what I hope for. Maybe I can have a nap on the sofa later today.

It’s certainly not easy reaching all those macro goals. I know I’ve tried with just 3 at a time (P F and C) and it was so hard to stay in my percentages. I know you will eventually find the right balance for yourself. Let us know how your first band workout goes💪🏻

I ate terrible yesterday! We went to a burger place yesterday with the grandkids. So that had lots of calories. We also did a lot of mindless eating while playing games. I tried to track the best I could but I had to estimate some of my serving sizes. The good thing is I didn’t sit down and have a binge. I can’t believe I have hit 11 days without one.

My steps are pretty low as I spent most of the day with my leg up. I set my step goal to 4500 to encourage myself to move more. I did reach it 4 times this week so I am pretty happy with that. I am off grocery shopping very soon and then I am back to stay with the grandkids until tomorrow.

    Have a super Saturday!

    Weekly goals
    1. Stay within calorie goal
    2. Drink 70 ounces of water
    3. Sleep 7.5 hours daily
    4. No binge eating/late night snacking

Busy day yesterday did my boxing workout, got a haircut, walked the dog with a friend and then did a 4.5 walk with another friend. After all that I went for an overdue grocery shopping. I usually meal plan and write a list this time I did a big stock up instead. After the fiasco of the pot roast at the beginning of the week I have been anti cooking my elaborate recipes that I like to try. I was on point with eating until after the grocery store when my blood sugar felt low, this isn’t a feeling I usually get. I shoveled in some Halloween candy and a cookie to tide me over until dinner which was healthy. I took a bunch of motrin before bed since I was sore. Hoping to get in more steps today since I can’t let this beautiful weather pass.
