Good morning team. Wednesday was alright. I got a pretty bad headache before going to the gym, so I took a pill which helped a little. Gym went fine. Doing interval at level 2 now for the elliptical. I don't really mind the machine anymore either. I didn't do much the rest of the day. It's getting a bit too cold for my sandals now and I don't have other shoes (except hiking boots) so I decided to order a pair of fluffy wintershoes.
My weight has stayed the same for the past 5 days, but this morning I finally had a tiny loss. I am glad to see it moving again. Hopefully I can get rid of some more before Saturday.3 -
@pupowl I'm intrigued by "fluffy winter shoes"! Glad your headache went away and sounds like you had a pretty good day!
@yukie86 Glad your day was good, even if steps were down...some days are just unpredictable but it sounds like you planned ahead for it...I on the other hand, didn't have time to pack lunch yesterday as I was running late and did ok when it came time to order something, but it ended up giving me a stomach ache overnight...just can't do pizza like I used to be able to do, but I guess that's a good thing!
@izzyred9400 Nobody will ever catch up to you, but oh is it nice to have that as a goal!
@Waifer003 Sounds like you're the crockpot queen!! Never heard of butter chicken...care to share your recipe?

Good morning team. Another day with very little energy and a lot of headaches. I only did some housework, which was very rough to get started with, but I am glad everything is clean again. Otherwise been pretty lazy. No nap, and I just slept 9 hours and 27 minutes, a lot! Let's see if that will keep me going today.
I will post a picture of the fluffy boots when I get them.2 -

Not really too much movement on the scale but Thursday was a good day: walked my daughter to school in the am and since i was studying at home most of the day and my watch is nice enough to remind me when I've been sitting too long, decided to do a 35 min walk on treadmill while reading a chapter.
Going to try that again today.

@Waifer003 Yes, I've had an incredibly busy week...apologies for my oversight dear...and that measly little pound that had the NERVE to settle on your scale IS GOING TO ANSWER TO ME!! I had no doubt, it's nasty old water weight and will fall right back off!

Good morning team. My Friday was really busy. I had a doctor's appointment in the morning (was supposed to be Tuesday but it totally slipped my mind) and I got groceries after. Had a little time to relax before going to the gym. I picked up a package in town in the afternoon with some new vitamins. My calories were low because of this added small walk I think. I burned 200 cals more than I normally do on a gym day.
I was really tired after all this, but sadly did not get good sleep. I had mosquitos bothering me from the time I went to bed until 3 at night. I looked with the flashlight on my phone several times and couldn't find the bugger. Being yanked out of REM sleep because of buzzing is not my idea of a good time and it made me really cranky!

Another great loss, so happy! I planned to eat something unhealthy today, but the funny thing is that I don't really want to. I don't want to ruin my loss, eventhough I know it's only for a day or 2 at most. Will see how I feel later today when I actually get hungry.4 -

@izzyred9400 Hope your test goes well...enjoy that sunshine...it has gotten cool FAST here in Virginia...this morning was only in the 60s...I'm walking in a sweatshirt...got up extra early and did 1.61 mile in just 38 minutes...not bad for an old lady!!

I am Due mid February, I'm a little over 17 weeks along. I'm exhausted 🤣 the morning sickness has stayed in the mornings mostly. I'm still sick every day but not as bad as the first trimester. I can finally eat which is great because I didn't really eat for 13 weeks. I haven't felt a lot of movements but I do feel some.3 -

Friday was productive study-wise... my step count was decent - it helped that my sister's dog (husky) escaped and i walked a few blocks in search (we found her).
Today is the day i take my final exam and see if how well i absorbed the material I've been reviewing/studying. Wish me luck!
