Good morning team. My Monday started with the gym again. It went alright, my body was feeling fine. Nothing special. I had a lazy afternoon after that. I didn't nap before the choir, so I was super tired and not really in the mood to go. But when I was there, I had a lot of fun. My night was really short so I expect I will have to catch up on sleep sometime today.3 -
Morning Everyone,
As part of my “get back to business” plan, I found my Fitbit (tucked away in a drawer) and put it back on. I had taken a break from the step challenge this month but man, was that ever a bad idea. Going to get back to it in October for sure!3 -

Oh my goodness Jessica I could have written parts of this. Whenever I get down to a certain point I self sabotage. Every freakin time, for like a decade.
For me I think it’s about feeling like I don’t deserve it, and also about attention. I don’t like to be noticed, and sometimes feel like I can just hide in the background when I’m overweight.

Monday evening was derailed by an short- notice volleyball practice for my daughter. So we got home later than normal, so dinner was hardly dinner and bedtime was pushed later which affected my morning so today was just a rushed grab & go meals kinda day. Looking forward to an early bedtime tonight.2 -

So we got home later than normal, so dinner was hardly dinner and bedtime was pushed later which affected my morning so today was just a rushed grab & go meals kinda day. Looking forward to an early bedtime tonight.
My 17 year old son plays volleyball too. Crazy schedule during school volleyball season - we’re never here at the same time for dinner. So I find the crockpot is getting used all the time. Tonight was crockpot butter chicken.3 -

Good morning team. I was super tired on Tuesday. I got some groceries in the morning. Then later I went to bed for 2,5 hours. I mowed the grass again, hopefully the last time this year. Besides that I just took it easy. I had a really good sleep at night as well, so feeling a little more human today.2 -

Good morning team. Wednesday was alright. I got a pretty bad headache before going to the gym, so I took a pill which helped a little. Gym went fine. Doing interval at level 2 now for the elliptical. I don't really mind the machine anymore either. I didn't do much the rest of the day. It's getting a bit too cold for my sandals now and I don't have other shoes (except hiking boots) so I decided to order a pair of fluffy wintershoes.
My weight has stayed the same for the past 5 days, but this morning I finally had a tiny loss. I am glad to see it moving again. Hopefully I can get rid of some more before Saturday.3 -
@pupowl I'm intrigued by "fluffy winter shoes"! Glad your headache went away and sounds like you had a pretty good day!
@yukie86 Glad your day was good, even if steps were down...some days are just unpredictable but it sounds like you planned ahead for it...I on the other hand, didn't have time to pack lunch yesterday as I was running late and did ok when it came time to order something, but it ended up giving me a stomach ache overnight...just can't do pizza like I used to be able to do, but I guess that's a good thing!

Good morning team. Another day with very little energy and a lot of headaches. I only did some housework, which was very rough to get started with, but I am glad everything is clean again. Otherwise been pretty lazy. No nap, and I just slept 9 hours and 27 minutes, a lot! Let's see if that will keep me going today.
I will post a picture of the fluffy boots when I get them.2 -
