Crap sorry!!!!
Punishment: 45 mins/ 25 needed - my surplus goes to kawookie
Cardio: 268/220 - surplus can go to anyone who needs it
Strength- 101/90 ( included 30 mins yoga/stretching)
Nutrition 6/6
Personal story : done0 -
I am in awe of all you guys.
Sara - Can I donate my extra calories to the group? I am sure I have a bunch accumulated that might give those who indulged in some wine the ability to still be green
Seriously, girls. How can you not be green on average with the amount of exercise you are doing --- y'all are running circles around me!0 -
No sorry, there has to be some accountability with ourselves and that's where our diet or nutrition goals come from. Some people are not just eating under their cals for the week. Some are just watching sugars or protiens ect. you just have to keep on average in range.0
-
100% check in again! We got a 2.8 score so I hope it's enough to win a new cast member to our team.
MVP: I chose Lara this week for single handedly adopting Skittles this week. Great job this week everyone!
Next week 500 club? lol0 -
Big props to Lara for going the extra (10? 15?) mile for Skittles.
With all the 500 club stuff I could like take the week off exercising as all of you will have minutes to donate in spades. J/K
I know I can't make the 500 club with my schedule this week. Are the 300 and 400 clubs now defunct? :brokenheart:0 -
I barely made the 400 club Kim! LOL! Just try your best and making 300 is just amazing in itself.
(this is from Carols instructions as a reminder)
Food Intake***
Although food is hard to come by in the apocalypse, you still need to fuel your body properly. Stay within your set calorie goals, maintaining a weekly average. That means you can have a cheat day and go over, as long as you have other days to make up for the surplus. Ideally you should get 1 gram of protein per lean body mass and .35 grams of healthy fats per total body weight. Set your calories and macro targets if you haven't done so already.
Now let's have a great day off and get ready for the new episode!!! I bet Carol gets some points tonight.0 -

This is me. My calories are set at 1000 and I dont really pay any attention to that part. I pay attention to my protein and fat levels. Although I did actually manage to eat over 1000 cal once this week. I was impressed.0 -

I honestly didnt think I would even make the 300 last week so dont feel to bad if you cant get to the 4-500 clubs. Some weeks are harder for everyone. Just trying your best and doing what you are comfortable with is great.0 -

Another episode with out our heroin. I still enjoyed it and we got to know a bit more about Daryl and Beth. I'm brainstorming ideas for week 5 challenge. Hope everyone enjoyed.0

YAY Lara for making MVP!!
sara... i LOVE the fitspo! you have done an amazing job!
for the food/nutrition... that was my bad. ive gotten trained by other challenges, so just assumed. I will make sure to give you a 6/6 next week.
i have to rewatch the episode... i missed sooo much of the good talk from Daryl... Baby G decided it was play time right around the start of the episode i was chasing him around the living room instead. but i WILL say... a guy who crys, almost always makes me cry... when darryl cries... i SOOOBBBB...
a thought for out weekly challenge could be something to do with our weaknesses... since we got to see darryl at his weakest, talking about his past....?
have great weeks ladies! let's keep kicking *kitten*.0 -
Are you all ready for an amazing week?!?!??!

If you fall short we will cover you.
This week is Club 500, right? (my legs are already complaining) They will just have to suck it up.0 -
1) I just dont know how you all find that much time in the day.. Can you please share your secrets??:frown:
2) I have a hard time accepting help :flowerforyou:
3) I think that it is awesome that this group is so active that we have already rolled over to a new set up pages (and some groups are barely talking) :drinker:0 -
Go Carols Part 2!!!
Okay I think in the jump to a new one my post got lost. so I'll say it again.
I'm going to make up my burpees from the punishment when I was out with Pneumonia, so I'll track the time on those and donate it to the pool to help whomever can't hit the 320 club :-)0 -

Rick will be deciding the punishment exercises this week and choosing one of the four new characters. The weekly points from the remaining three will be divided up among the three, second place finishers.
This week's optional show inspired exercise is this fitnessblender golf workout:

I'm slowly getting back yay. night time sucks because I'm still coughing when I try and sleep, but for the most part the day is good. I did some Leslie Sansone walking and I did the Fitness Blender Golf Workout. in a bit I'm going to try and do my 30DS, not sure if I can handle it. and then a nice walk this evening. I really want to do zumba and my body pump but I'm not pushing it.0

Hi team!
If we could just get our eating under control and Carol to come out and play, we would be on top of that leader board! Ah well, we are still kicking some *kitten* with our cardio clubs.
I am going to be a realist and go for minimums this week as I won't be able to do as much exercise on Friday with working and evening commitments and T/Th is always more challenging with not getting home until 7 pm. With Fat Tuesday and ash Wednesday coming up, this week is just going to be challenging for me to work in work outs. I may have some heavy exercise days and other days where I can only squeeze in 30 minutes. We'll see. If I can do some extra for the team, I will.
I personally am battling a cold Like I have time for this crap! I started my morning with a 2 mile walk and I have plans for strength training (and perhaps more cardio) this afternoon. Well I'm off to get the next on my massive list of things done. Why are days when I don't go into work worse than the days I do? Working from home is really double duty as you have home and work things that need to be done.0 -
Wow! We flipped the board! Yay! If you need to refer to Carol part one, it sits on the bottom of the discussion feed.
320 mins of Cardio is a lot and we can pool together and get it done.0 -

I get up at 5:15 AM and work out for at least 30 mins, I walk at lunch and I put on a head lamp and walk when I get home. Then I do 30 mins of someother work out. On my days off, I try to go for monster numbers. It's extremly challenging!
Looks like our team missed the new characters by placing 5th...darn it!0 -

NOOOOOOO!!!!:sad:0 -
It sucks that we missed out on the new players, but Team Carol still rocks! I am counting Sunday this week and will take another day off seeing as how I got a crap ton of exercise done yesterday (my day off)! I am still aiming to be in the 500 club :drinker: hopefully that happens!
Did anyone else get tons of snow yesterday? We ended up with only about 4 inches (the forecast was up to 11) so thankfully I didn't break my back shoveling the snow!
Skittles - glad to see you are feeling a bit better!
Kawookie - busy days are a drag! Personally, I just try to fit in 15 - 30 mins on breaks.
Funky - I think I can fit in 400+ mins because of a few things... I am single with no kids (thats a bog one!). That means my free time is mine to do with whatever I want. Plus I try to make things that have to get done more creative. I dance while I cook and clean to get in a few extra mins here and there.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday!0
